I’m writing an honest review based on my experience they offer excellent products, fast delivery, and truly outstanding customer service.

I did have two issues, but both were resolved quickly and professionally. The customer service team responded promptly and made sure everything was sorted to my satisfaction.

Great prices on Sofology ex display and cancelled orders and only £49 for delivery. Short delivery times (2-3 weeks) and an easy ordering process.

However, BE CAREFUL! The day after I ordered the items were removed from the website rather than just marked as sold. This is annoying as it leaves you nothing to refer to and no proof of the condition promised. I paid £500 for a sofa that was shown as being in great condition apart from one small mark. After delivery, I found multiple issues while moving it into position. It has tear holes at both ends in very visible positions and there is damaged to one of the arms. Having sent them photos of all the damage they just said they can collect it but no replacement is available. If I order something else, it won't be expedited. It will take the standard 2-3 weeks. I got rid of all my furniture to fit in the new set that I bought, so my only option is to repair this new one. They really didn't seem to care about any inconvenience. There was no offer of a goodwill gesture.

The footstool also had a large chunk of wood snapped off on it's base. Again, repairing that will be at my cost.

If ordering from them, make sure you take screenshots of the listing and the photos. Don't let the delivery people go until you've thoroughly checked and be prepared to end up with no furniture while you source a replacement! I gave 1 star for the product and another for the price.

UPDATE: Following seeing this review, the company called to apologise and offered me a partial refund of £100. I explained that this takes the sting out but doesn't make me a fully satisfied customer. I suggested they also supply an item that would have cost me £49 if bought at the time of the original order and I would then be 100% happy. They declined. I have increased the two stars to three and won't be buying from them again due to a lack of confidence in the honesty of their listings.
