Great company to deal with. Visited their showroom and had plenty of time to view and discuss their products. Ordering was easy. Delivery team were fantastic. Was kept updated about arrival time.

Excellent company for quality of Sofas and Customer Service
I thoroughly recommend ‘Sofa Bed Expert’ to any one looking for a really comfortable Sofa Bed. I was sent a large returnable book with swatches of all the materials used for the sofas. After ordering my chosen Sofa it was made and delivered to me in a short space of time. It came in several pieces, so no problem in worrying if it would fit through the door. It is both comfortable as a sofa and also a bed as the depth and construction of the seating/mattress is built for comfort. I am extremely happy that I chose this company.

Hi Dena,
We’re sorry to see your review. We’ve checked your order and can confirm that this was an order for our free fabric samples, which were dispatched with Evri. Unfortunately, the tracking shows that the parcel has been delayed in transit and appears to have been lost by the courier.
We weren’t aware that you hadn’t received the samples, as we hadn’t received any message from you before this review. Had we known, we would of course have sent a replacement straight away.
We will now send you a new set of fabric samples using a different courier to make sure they reach you.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope you’ll receive the replacement very soon.
