Bought 4 pairs of socks with next day delivery, nothing happened then got a weird email saying I had requested a cancellation and they refunded my order and refunding in 10 days. Won't use in future

Poor quality of cheaper items are pretty…
Quality of the cheaper items are pretty poor. I bought several of the cheaper gloves and socks and they are not worth the money. Cheap feel and materials and smaller sizing than they should be. Will be returning half of my items as the quality should be better when you're paying £7 for a pair of socks or gloves.

If I could give zero I would.
Horrible company and horrible support team. Not once but TWICE they sent me the wrong order knowing full well that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock. They must be having cash flow issues.
I’m in the process of having to return the item I didn’t ask for. If they don’t refund the postage they made me pay twice they deserve nothing other than liquidation.
And the generic copy and paste replies on these Trustpilot reviews speaks volumes.

8/10 just one small niggle
I work outdoors and ordered a pack of heavy duty cotton boot socks, two packs of extra long lambs wool socks and water repellent fleece gloves. Everything is of good quality but the lambs wool socks are mostly polyester with wool being the second largest component listed under their constituents, so in fact a woollen blend. In fairness I would have bought them anyway but it would be better to describe the article accurately in the advertising.

What made my experience great
What made my experience great? Look, it's buying socks. Okay? I like the socks, they're good socks, quite possibly the best socks anyone ever bought, anywhere. But I don't see it as some sort of life-affirming experience. It's just buying socks. I shall probably buy some more in due course. But cut the hyperbole. It just some socks.

Although unfortunately I didn't receive the item due to an auto-correct error on the postcode, they did refund me for the purchase. That meant I was able to buy a replacement Christmas present, which was much appreciated. Their customer service was very good.

Never disappointed with my purchases…
Never disappointed with my purchases from Socksnob. Great quality and hard wearing. The only issue I have is that the socks that I like never seem to have any other colours other than Black, White or Gray. Whilst some of the other makes have the colours of the rainbow as an option. Hay ho....
