Buyer beware . . . I ordered a jersey for my son over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped, no order information available, and no real answer from the customer service team BUT they do have the the $210 I paid for this customized jersey! I'm sure the next response I receive will start with "due to the World Cup." Perhaps "due to the World Cup" you should have prepared a little better.

Sent me the wrong player and number than the jersey I ordered. Took 3 months after the order to finally come in and when I sent it back they went out of stock of the jersey I orginally wanted. Never using this company again. I would rather buy knock offs then a jersey from this company.

I have been waiting for my order for a month and it is not even a custom order. If you can't foresee FIFA world cup will bring you a flood of orders, and get prepared, then you should question your business vision. Business falling from the sky but you can't catch it.
And if you can't ship the order, you should let customer know before they order, not afterwards. As a matter of fact, what I ordered is still showing as in stock. And there is not really any meaningful response from the email communication.

I purchased a USMNT soccer jersey for $175.00. It arrived with a hole in the shoulder - which I didn't notice until I tried it on for fit, took off the tags and hung in my closet. When I went to put it on, I noticed the hole. I contacted Soccer Wearhouse and they would not take a return, I contacted the BBB and my complaint is filed with them, but Soccer Warhorse did not respond to BBB.

If I could give a zero I would. I now see that this company has scammed a lot of people during the world cup. I ordered a jersey to wear during world cup games, like someone else mentioned mine came 2 and a half weeks after it was supposed to arrive. They would not provide any information on when the jersey would arrive during the delay. Once it did arrive and I was not going to wear it I tried to return it and they told me that I couldn't. It is clear that although they say they are a family business and want to do right by their customers, they do not. I would not trust this company and would not do business with them ever.

I ordered a Non Customized item from their website and per their own policies it is a returnable item within the 30 day window from delivery. I am still within the window but site is not allowing me to initiate a return telling me it is not returnable. Their customer communication is terrible. They don't answer to the number they have posted and emails replies are useless. They say a team member will be in touch and they never do! I will NEVER ever buy from them again not i would recommend anyone to do so.

I go to soccer wearhouse for all my soccer needs. They have all the latest jersey and plenty of soccer cleats to chose from. I am always getting my team custom jerseys from them at a reasonable price.

I ordered an England hoodie during the World Cup, and they gave me the run around and never sent the hoodie. They even set up a fake tracking number with FedEx to make it look like they shipped it out, but the tracking shows that FedEx never received the package. I've had multiple back-and-forths over email with them, and they always say they're going to follow up with someone on their team, but they never do. I beg you not to order from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, I REPEAT, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered a jersey off their website, but due to unfortunate circumstances, my order has not been fulfilled. I ordered this jersey for the sole purpose of gifting it, but it won’t arrive on time. I emailed customer service and explained my situation and they were cooperative and understanding. After a few email exchanges back and forth, customer service representative: Ginni has let me know my order has been issued for a full refund. While I had to cancel my order, I’m grateful this website has an awesome customer service team that is responsive and caring to their customers.

I purchased the Nike Mens Uruguay Match Authentic Home Jersey 2026 (Royal Tint/Obsidian) - L in July 5th for a wooping $175.00. It was NOT customized and when I received it looked odd; like the shoulders were pinched; I left it outside the bag overnight and tried it next morning. It was clear that the design was flawed; the shoulder were pinched and looked ridiculous when wearing it. I started the process to return it right away and the AI directed me to their website; then I got a notice saying my item was not eligible for a return, no explanation given. I contacted customer service by email 3-4 times, finally someone named Ginni (AI too?) responded on July 9th saying a return label had been sent to me, this is the copy paste from their email: We have already sent a return label for you and you should be receiving it soon. It won't be received immediately as it is being processed by our system.... I never received the return label, I emailed at least 5 times and called many more times (they never answered but had a message indicating that because of the world cup they were too busy). Eventually I had to dispute the purchase with Affirm. They started an investigation and said that the vendor (Soccer wearhouse) told them my item was not eligible for return. No reason given again. In paralel, Soccer Wearhouse emailed me on July 16th saying this: Since there's a Chargeback case created for this, it doesn't allow us to proceed a refund or replacement. Then I got another email on July 23rd saying: We have already processed a return label for you on our end, and is still being processed by our system due to the amount of requests being processed at a time. I never received the return label. And here I am. Still disputing the charge. AVOID this company at all costs. Impossible to get a customer service rep; questionable return policies.

Brought some personal items to have some custom heat pressed patches put on from the “The Corner of the Galaxy” podcast. Soccer warehouse didn’t have large sizes but were kind enough to do the work. If you’re interested contact George the store manager for information.

I ordered a pair of soccer shoes in mid June online, then received an email confirmation with an expected delivery by July 3. I followed up SEVEN TIMES by calling their customer service number ( never got a real person), by chat from their site ( got comments that my order was being prepared for weeks, then they would no longer respond), etc. I have never gotten the shoes. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company online.

I gave them a "5" because they have finally communicated with me and I think they are trying to sort this all out. Still, they have a long way to go.

Extremely slow shipping for a PSG jersey customized with a player name/number, with no real updates provided. It has been over a month and a half and still nothing. I thought I’d been scammed, but it appears that it is a real company, just extremely lacking in customer service and efficiency. Still waiting, if I ever receive the jersey, maybe they can get a 2.

​DO NOT BUY FROM SOCCER WEARHOUSE. They ignore customer requests and force unauthorized shipments.
​Due to severe shipping delays, their support team explicitly emailed me stating that I could request a cancellation if it wouldn't arrive in time. Following THEIR OWN offer, I officially requested a cancellation. Their support acknowledged and confirmed the escalation of my cancellation request.
​However, they completely ignored my request and shipped the item anyway without my consent. When I complained, they started hiding behind shifting excuses like "final sale" to refuse a refund.
​Offering a cancellation, acknowledging it, and then secretly shipping the order is a completely dishonest and deceptive practice. I have already filed a credit card chargeback dispute and reported this company to econsumer.gov (FTC).
​I demand an immediate full refund!

Stop pretending to care in public and stop telling me to email you. I have ALREADY sent dozens of emails to your support team, only to receive parrot-like excuses hiding behind "Customization" and "Final Sale." Let's get the facts straight: the item was NEVER customized, and there was NO "Final Sale" warning at the time of purchase.

​YOU were the ones who originally offered a cancellation due to your severe shipping delays. I accepted your offer, and your team explicitly confirmed in writing that you were escalating my cancellation request to the relevant department. Yet, you completely ignored your own words and forced the shipment anyway.

​There was plenty of time to cancel the order before it was even prepared for shipping. I sent multiple emails during that window, but you deliberately ignored all of them just to force the sale.

​I have an overwhelming amount of hard evidence for all of this—every single email and screenshot. I am done talking to your support team. I will protect my consumer rights and seek full remedies through every official channel. I have already filed a credit card chargeback, reported you to econsumer.gov (FTC), and am submitting formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California State Attorney General's Office.

​I will pursue this until I receive an immediate and full refund!

Please stay away from them. Worst company to deal with. Their communication is garbage. I placed an order in the middle of June, after not hear from them, I emailed the support email a few times before my order finally arrived the end of July only to fond out that the item came defective. It was for. Bellingham England jersey, they are telling me that’s a custom item and I’m not able to return or exchange. They sell faulty products!

I wish would I would have read the reviews before I purchased. Placed a order june 24 and no update on my order as of Aug 1. I have filed a dispute. I've also contacted them. Worst experience and wont ever trust them

First and last time I will shop at Soccer Wearhouse. I have waited for my son’s soccer cleats for almost 2 months, but they never arrived. Their customer service did nothing but provide me with a tracking number and no real update or solution even though I voiced my frustration multiple times. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I purchased the Men's Spain Away Stadium Jersey from this store, and it has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
From the moment I placed my order, the communication was terrible. I received little to no updates, and my order was delayed without any clear explanation. The situation became so frustrating that it even caused problems with my bank because I had to dispute the charge due to the lack of information and customer support.
Eventually, the product was delivered, but after everything I went through, I decided I no longer wanted to keep it. I have been trying to contact the company to return the product, but they completely ignore my messages. Even worse, they blocked me instead of helping me resolve the issue.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected honesty, professionalism, and respect for customers, but I received none of those. I would never recommend buying from this company

I’ve had a similar experience as others on here with regard to ordering a jersey and it taking FOREVER to receive it. I ordered a simple me s jersey in early June and still haven’t received it (birthday was awhile ago so my son got no gift!) When I contacted them via email about the status of my order several times, I was told it was in process and would ship out during a given week. That still hasn’t happened. They’ve stopped responding to my emails and I’m not sure how they continue to operate with such poor planning and customer service. Never again will I order from this place! Will contact the BBB soon.
