My order hasn't arrived for 2 months and i don't think I'm going to receive it

Quick shipping, great product

Snushaven’s products are good and Ive ordered from them a few times but when orders go missing and never arrive, which happens often, they become completely useless and support is zero help. It doesn't matter who you email or if you use their chat-box. They will just outright ignore you and you will never see any of what you ordered.I am satisfied when my packages make it to me but when they don’t it just gets extremely annoying because you spent all that money to get nothing. It is really unfortunate and I understand that I am US based and shipments and customs can be difficult but the customer support just sucks

the customer service has been horrible. The dude only replys thru the website never email. And is cold and rude and unhelpful. Delaying and pushing problems. I haven't heard from them in a week. And I have no idea whats going on with my order. They won't refund me. Orderd from snuzyn and snusme both arrived and we're cheaper. Customer service is so great over there to Never shopping here again 🤞

Tried mint Havens for the first time and could be one of my favs, fast shipping and nice to add a free tub. Will buy from here again.

They are scam, they dont sent me product and dont give me payout

It's been three weeks since I ordered, and it still hasn't arrived.

Horrible experience I ordered on October 26 and I haven’t got any shipping confirmation or anything.
I emailed the customer support about 6 times and they never responded do not buy from here. Go to nicoprof

package never arrived and they never replied to my emails asking for help even though I tried to contact them several times.

Put in a order 22 days ago and haven’t gotten it yet, I also tried to get in contact with them to see what might be going on and sent a couple things and haven’t heard from them once in 7 days

great snus gives the perfect hit and delivery is was as quick as possible just perfect place to order

Terrible experience, placed an order for some snus and a t-shirt, the t-shirt didn't ever arrive. Finally got a reply from support saying it would take another 14 days. I placed the order on the 18th of August and still not received.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Please resolve this issue or I'm keeping this review up.

10/10 love this site always give me freebies with me orders definitely recommend and i usually get next day or 2 day delivery despite the negative reviews love this site.

I ordered the 26th September and it's now been an whole month, should It really take that long? When will I get it???

I am missing some cans and told them and all they did was tell me to email someone, so i did and never got a response.

Unfortunately I had to track down my delivery after 2 weeks and was told that there was a problem with my order, but I was never told what the problem was. Then your customer service offered to resend my goods. My order hasn't arrived in Sweden yet, I can see it's on its way

i ordered 3 pots from SnusHaven on September 25th from Italy and today (10th October) nothing arrived yet.
i tried to track the parcel and contact the owners multiple times but nothing happened.

Ordered like 60 bucks worth of stuff, waited a week, said would deliver on the 18th, and of course it didnt come, not i didnt worry, gave it a few days, still nothing. Its been almost 2 damn week, and the funny thing is these guys wont even give me a damn refund
