Very great service. Fast delivery and good selection of snus tins. The only problem though is that half, or more than half of products listed are out of stock. Cant complain though.
Authentic product. Paid delivery should have been delivered one day earlier but driver may have been too busy. Would buy from again.

Not happy at all with this product
Not happy at all with this product, I’ve bought velo from Greece and South Africa and this seems to be “fake” they hurt my gums and tasted terrible like chemicals.

Svar fra Snus
Dear Shaan,
We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. Please rest assured that all products we sell are 100% authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturers or authorized resellers. Each Velo can has a unique production code and barcode printed on the packaging, which we’re happy to provide from the batch you received so you can verify authenticity with the manufacturer.
That being said, we take your feedback very seriously and would be happy to arrange a free return of your pouches for further investigation. If you agree, we would also like to send you a replacement of your choice — whether Velo, Zyn, or another brand from our catalogue.
Kind regards,
Andreas
