Watched some YouTube videos of SNS reviews before I bought and was a bit concerned with what some said. Turns out the influencers don't all know what they are doing! Make sure you buy the correct base for your colours and you won't have a problem with the powders setting. Also - the top coat will be difficult to open if it is not done up tightly after use and falls on its side; but sitting it in hot water for a few minutes will loosen it. I react to so many brands, but SNS works for me. Very pleased 😃 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely love SNS nails! The colours are beautiful and stay vibrant for weeks. They are so long lasting and never chip, even with busy daily work. My nails still look healthy and strong while wearing them, which I really love. Perfect if you want beautiful nails without damaging them. Highly recommend!

The top coat arrived completely sealed shut. I emailed asking for a refund or replacement and no one ever responded. Unlikely to purchase again because of this experience.

Received bottle of gel base and will not open despite hot water so useless unable to use. Would like new bottle sent.

Dear Hayley, 1x SNS Gel Base 15ml replacement has been sent to you via Auspost . Regarding the bottle that you were not being able to open, we would suggest that you immerse it in hot water with the following steps :
immerse the bottle (including the cap) in hot water for 5 minutes. Do not force the bottle open to avoid injury or damage.
Remove the bottle from the water and cover the cap with a clean towel to protect your hands and improve grip.
Gently twist the cap to open it. We hope this helps.
