The course a great help, I did the youth course, because I am 14 so I have to do a field day at the end of the course. There wasn't any feild days close to me so I can't get my certificit this year.

My son has been looking forward to getting his snowmobiling permit for many years! Then Covid-19 hit and the classes weren't being held like usual. So I signed him up for this class (he was not looking forward to reading for hours)! He got it done in just a few hours and had no problems with reading or understanding. It was a great class and he is a happy boy now!!

Didn't agree with "jacket" question on test.

Well-designed, simple to function. Wait times are necessary but some are too long or too short.

I really liked this program because it explaines every thing really good.

The course was easy and convenient, as I could even choose to have it read to me.

I thought the pace was significantly off. I would finish reading sections and still have a 30 second wait before moving on. The content was good, as a general knowledge base. I am very dissatisfied with the review questions. There are several questions on the review quizzes that are explicitly not covered in the reading material. I would prefer the course have more information on my states legislation. I did not care for the survival and avalanche information one bit. This is only relevant for mountain regions and should be coordinated and trained upon for ventures of that nature.

It was bad because it took a hour and a half then told me I have to sign up for a in person online class. Not recommend to take this test.

There were several things about this course that could be improved on. When you’re reading the page you are required to wait around for the timer to time out. Often I’d have to wait for a couple of minutes before I could proceed to the next step. I also had an issue with logging back in and I was on hold for over an hour and a half before I gave up and then the next time for over 30 minutes. I easily could have been done with the course in the amount of time I was put on hold. If you aren’t able to pass the course you probably shouldn’t be able to be on your own... it was very easy.

The combination of relevant graphics, videos and narration keep the course engaging and perfectly paced.

It was helpful that the person read the chapters. He had a nice interesting voice. Thank you.

Easy access. Easy to understand. Covers everything from parts of the snowmobile; proper maintenance; proper handling/sitting on the machine to first aid and breakdowns/stuck in the woods.
An excellent course for people of all ages!
