I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I had to.

I ordered the HitBuddy from TekXYZ and not only is the product fun and great for training, but the customer service is honestly next level.

I had a small question about the headband, and instead of giving a standard reply, the team went above and beyond to help me. They even sent me a complete 2-ball set for free just to make sure I had the best experience — without asking me to return anything.

That kind of service is very rare these days. You can really tell that TekXYZ cares about their customers and stands behind their product.

I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend TekXYZ to anyone.

Tekxyz has been absolutely amazing! With their customer service, quick responses to emails, and they also encourage their customers who really use their reflexballs to continue and keep going. My 10 year old absolutely loves their products ❤️

Of my almost 5 years of training with Reflex Ball, this is one of the best I've tried. They have a variety of colors, spare elastics and quality material make my training much more professional 🙌🏻❤️‍🔥
