Snoreeze very good company
Snoreeze tried to charge me £30 for a replacement upper tray I.e. Two bits of plastic. This is a crazy amount of money when already invested well over £200 in the original product. Will update rating based on follow up, currently disputing.
Edit: didn't charge any extra. Very good guys

Købte den på apopro, da jeg skærer tænder. Pakken kom til tiden. Brugsanvisningen blev spændt studeret og første afstøbning blev lavet: tænderne passede, men jeg kunne ikke få læberne over og slet ikke trække vejret andet end åben mund.
2 afstøbning: skinnen blev presset tæt ind til tændernes forside- og skinnen røg dermed så langt tilbage at brækrefleksen fik frit løb.
Så opgav jeg - det er en monsterstor skinne.
Ved reklamation til Apopro forlød det, at det er en standardskinne og således uden reklamationsret.
Så spar de penge, øv

I have given 2 stars because I got a refund otherwise it would be 1.
I ordered from this company on the 5th June with an alleged 6th June dispatch date.
Also note this company operate under the title bruxeeze too. It was now the 25th June and I was told I should have received my item. They advised me to speak to Royal Mail however I was not provided with a reference number. I was also told that my £70 item was shipped using first class post with no tracking, they tried to state that my address was incomplete and that is why I did not receive my item. However Royal Mail informed me that my address more than adequate and they also stated it was inappropriate to send an item of that value without tracking.
They initially offered me a 50% discount off my next order however on explaining that as the sender they have to ask Royal Mail for a refund and that I was sceptical the item was ever sent they agreed to a full refund.
I have a small business and a Royal Mail click and drop label suffices as proof of postage and also comes with a reference number this company we’re unable to show me this.
What’s terrible is that had I not known my rights and gave in they would have gotten away with it.
They have an Extremely patronising customer service team with a blasé attitude towards customers.

1. Royal Mail use postcodes to sort mail. I live on the same road as the delivery office. I am also the only residential building at this postcode. I highly doubt that Royal Mail could not deliver my item which had a accurate door number. Building name AND postcode. They also confirmed this to me when I rang them so again blaming the customer for bizarre business decisions.
2. Royal Mail return items with incomplete addresses to the sender stating that the address was incomplete. This had not happened therefore corroborating that this is not due to address errors.
3. Any item sent via Royal Mail has a reference code even if it’s not tracked. The fact you could not provide this is very sketchy. Asking me to speak to Royal Mail about an item without a reference number was a wild goose chase. Royal Mail advised me as the sender if an item is missing it is your responsibility to claim a refund from them.
So either the item was lost and it’s your responsibility to apply for reimbursement or the item was not deliverable and was returned to sender.
If it was the former you’d get your money back from Royal Mail and would refund your customer (like I do for my own business. If it was the latter you would have asked me to pay for redelivery but you didn’t. You asked me to pay for a half price new kit at £35. This is daylight robbery and I find it laughable you have nothing to learn from this.
I have elected to reduce my review to 1 star

Prøvede Snoreeze Oral Strips mod snorken. Det er en strips, der opløses i svælget. Vågnede efter en times søvn, med smerter i svælget, som om den havde ætset i svælget. Nu 14 timer efter, har jeg stadig smerter i svælget. Kan ikke sige det kraftigt nok - undlad at bruge denne.

Snoreeze snarkskena visade sig inte passa mina tänder. Skenan var alldeles för trång och den gick inte att forma.
Jag har skrivit till företaget och får inget svar.
