I am a bit disappointed with the instructions for hooking it up. Do you have more specific instructions for how to install it?

Printing quality excellent. Pages open wide facilitating maximum viewing.

In the past year I worked together with snap collective to realise my first book. Communication overall went great and I felt supported by them to create something beautiful.
Besides one thing which I misunderstood from the information in their brochure I have no remarks.
My editor was very considerate and motivated me when I felt a little insecure. I wanted to be responsible for curating the layout of the book and was happy to work alongside the designer Yana who helped me to create a book according to my vision.

Thank you so much to the Snap Collective team for your professionalism, kindness, and support throughout this experience. It was a real pleasure working with you, and I’m truly grateful for this opportunity. I hope our paths cross again very soon.

Working with the team at Snap Collective was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly supportive and made the publishing process very smooth. My finished book is beautiful; I can't wait to do the next one!

It was surprisingly easy to work with both the editor and the designer, even though everything was done remotely via video conference and email. I particularly appreciated that we had more meetings than planned, on the editorial team's initiative, to fine-tune details. And that before printing, they spotted certain images that needed revising in view of how they would look in the final print. On the other hand, they perfectly interpreted my artistic idea, respecting the format, the texts and the concept at all times.
It was a great creative experience, friendly and professional at the same time!

I felt no time pressure, and responses came in a timely manner. They all did what I was asking for, and even when I went back and forth, it was never an issue. I’m a very visual person and need to see things—even the bad ideas—and this process worked well for me.

The PDF I received with the latest drafts helped me visualize the whole project. A bit more feedback and additional ideas would have been helpful, but overall I was satisfied with my interactions with both the project manager and the designer.

I like the overall result, and I’m happy with the book. A few spelling mistakes could have been avoided, but I understand these things happen, and they hardly take away from the book.

Snap collective produces high quality and beautiful books at no cost to the artist. This is the most important thing. It has become a valuable resource in my career. The team I worked with was patient and continued to make edits and adjustment to the book as needed. However, I would have liked some more assistance with the actual editing process. Many versions came back with missed-corrections/ notes or blatant spelling errors, really leaving all the editing to the artist. You really get out what you put in and in the end I am happy but I do think there is a gap in the editing of the books. One other thing I would say-- Please make the book more accessible to artist after the pre-order campaign. yes, you can purchase your own books at standard bulk discount rates but with all the work we put into the production of the book I feel as though there should be a special artist rate, after all, it is out intellectual property.

It was a journey, a very interesting one! Even though I occasionally had a different opinion, it was worth taking a step back and letting the graphic designer complete the work. He brought a lot of feeling into it. For me, that was the only way to keep the process flowing. And, lo and behold, what happens when you let go.
