Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Multi-award winning, including Great Taste Awards 3-star, the top accreditation from the Guild of Fine Food, given to fewer than 2% of products judged. Trustpilot is where we listen. Amazing Smoked Salmon
I have found it difficult to find good smoked salmon. It's either too greasy or tasteless.
Amazing smoked salmon from Smokin Brothers.
I ordered two types of Salmon, Tail Slices & Belly Slices along with Wasabi Mayo & Mini Blinis for Christmas morning. Wow what a flavour. Fantastic.

Absolutely superb smoked salmon
The smoked salmon products are absolutely excellent quality, packed with flavour. The whiskey & soy glazed salmon is my favourite but all of the smoked salmon cuts taste really good, with a lovely texture. Great for Japanese bento lunches! Shame that the couriers, DPD, don’t take as much care over the delivery as I have had issues on two occasions with salmon being spoilt by DPD ignoring transit deadlines but I won’t mark down the superb salmon for DPD’s failings.

Error quickly rectified
I have given this average rating because I ordered two packs of salmon for Christmas but only received one. Smokin Brothers were quick to acknowledge the mistake and provide a refund but I was left short of salmon for my guests over Christmas and had to make alternative arrangements. The salmon that I did receive however was top quality and everyone enjoyed it.

Absolutely outstanding experience
Absolutely outstanding experience. The salmon was beyond top-notch. I’ve never eaten anything like it.
I loved how I received emails updating me on the process (one of the few emails I was happy to receive!) and the salmon was carefully packaged.
Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Christmas Gift
I purchased a gift for Christmas and cocked up the order...then panicked! Left a voice message asking for my order to be cancelled so I could start again. I received a swift response and was delight to be reassured that all was in order and that I could place my order again either by phone or online.
Order arrived on the date chosen and my friends were delighted and felt very spoilt

Amazing smoked salmon!
It was easy to order and came quickly and all three varieties ordered were delicious. Lunch, delicately flavoured and just the right smokiness. Especially the whisky & soy which was wonderful as a canapé with creme fraiche and blinis.

The *only* smoked salmon we trust for all our special occasions -- especially Christmas and New Year! -- which is why we choose Smokin'Brothers over every other smoked salmon seller! The buttery, rich, and tender belly salmon is our favourite, which always arrives carefully packed, complete with chilly packs and insulation protective covering. Fantastic price + gorgeous product!
