Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Multi-award winning, including Great Taste Awards 3-star, the top accreditation from the Guild of Fine Food, given to fewer than 2% of products judged. Trustpilot is where we listen. This was my second order almost straight away. Truly melts in your mouth. I'm finding the best is in the garden chilling with a friend. makes for a beautiful display without lots of planning. Also have found feels good share as a gift. The style of cut is very tasty but also practical for serving in various styles. The smokin-brothers co are very helpful and patient. There's so much to choose from! Thank you so very much for making get together or simply snacking so much fun

Beautifully packed. The soy whiskey glazed salmon is delicious and the smoked salmon was enormous! Highly recommend both products!

Fabulous products and ethics.

Easter treat becomes regular pleasure!
It was a touch expensive, but as Easter was approaching I thought it worth giving it a try. It turned out to be the delicious treat I was hoping it would be. In the end we also gave a packet to our son and daughter-in-law, who thought it was a far better present than an Easter Egg. It arrived on time and well packed, so it was just as good when it arrived as it had been when it left the smokehouse.

Salmon was excellent as always!
Salmon was excellent as always - a little disappointed that the Yuzu Mayo that we ordered with it was going out of date in less than a week of the delivery date.

Excellent smoked fish!
Ordering was easy.
Delivery was on time and neatly packed. I ordered smoked trout and various smoked salmon to try and they were very high quality. I would definitely order again. Highly recommended.
My only minor complaint is that the delivery company does not knock on the door. They left the package at the front door and I only realised it was there when I got an email notification saying it was delivered.
