I’m going to try my very best to give an accurate overall reflection of my experience without giving all of the unnecessary details.

It took me 14 months to finally receive my smile makeover. Literally everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong. Missing retainers, delayed waiting times, miscommunications. I think I spoke to every person at the company at least once lol. It felt like I had a different patient advisor every week, I’d never been into one appointment at the time I was given and the whole thing was a just bit of a mess. I even had to get the composite redone, because the lady who did it didn’t do a proper job. It not only didn’t look great, she didn’t listen to the colour I’d requested, it was furry and every time I flossed a new piece of composite would fall off (she is no longer at the company anymore - whoops). I had to go to London to get them removed and then go back a further time to get the composite put back on.

You’re probably reading all of that thinking my finger slipped when deciding to give a 5 star review, but no. I work in the business world and sometimes things go wrong and for me, everything did. BUT, sometimes it’s not necessarily what goes wrong, but how it’s dealt with and that is something I cannot fault.

No one was ever rude or unprofessional. Just a series of unfortunate events that appear to be an anomaly if you look at the rest of the reviews. I just won the unlucky lottery this time around haha BUT I ended up speaking personally to two senior members of the team who were both incredibly helpful and incredibly accommodating of me. Both Rory and Chanel were incredible in how they dealt with the situation towards the end of my experience and the final result is now something I’m incredibly happy with.

They’re cosmetic specialists for a reason and despite my experience, I’d recommend them to anyone because its obviously not a regular occurrence and they dealt with it like absolute legends.

No more sweetcorn teeth for me so big up to you Dr Joseph. You’re an artist of the mouth 🦷

PS. Because of what happened, I was upgraded to the digital design. The first time round I had free hand and I’d say the difference in price is 100% worth it. They stick these little moulds in your mouth and it makes the teeth perfect. So perfect, I’m going back to get the edges rounded off a bit, but thats just personal preference. I was looking for more natural vibes rather than beavo vibes (you know the kid who chokes on potatoes on Tiktok).

I had Composite Bonding done in July 2023, They looked 100/10, incredibly white, i was unbelievably happy, I was informed that vaping/smoking would discolour the bonding quicker, as I have carried on to do so they have discoloured slightly however 18 months on I still have people saying to me “have you had your teeth done?”… Even after carrying on vaping they still look very good, I would 100% recommend, the only thing I would say is I had one of them come off which they said was a possibility as I had a fake tooth underneath so I went back to have it stuck back on however it fell off for a 2nd time which was a little annoying as I live 3 hours from there, But now it’s been on for a long time and I’m very happy! My advice is don’t Vape or smoke and think about your diet!

After having a video consultation,I was asked to send pictures of my teeth, I sent these pictures along with a message the same day, I followed up with a phone call 3 days later and asked for someone to call me, a week later I’m still waiting, I feel very dissatisfied with such poor customer service, prior to my consultation I was being bombarded by promotional emails, this is very unprofessional, be warned

10/10 experience service was great, people was great, teeth are great would highly recommend.

just had 10 composite bonds on my upper smile and absolutely love them, the experience was amazing, lovely people transforming my smile and i totally am beyond happy with my new teeth. Such a great team, definitely recommend to anyone who would love a natural transformation.

I wouldn’t recommend - I had composite bonding done in June 2023 - my teeth have already dulled in colour significantly and this morning a huge chunk of composite came off when I was eating! Given I paid thousands for this, I am very disappointed

Amazing!

So I started my smile transformation a year ago and I could not be happier with the results.

When I first had my consultation we spent a bit of time discussing if we would go down the route of aligners or straight into composite.

I am so happy i decided to go for the clear aligners first.

The whole team have been amazing, Chantelle for managing my initial consultation and the whole case, Rodney on the desk is the most pleasant and polite gentleman. He managed all my appointments and gave a gentle reminder before every appointment I had.

And last but not least, Dr Mariana who has done the most amazing job on my composite. I asked for a natural smile and I’m so happy with the results!!

Poor communication and a lack of responsiveness showing how much they respect peoples time. I would recommend avoiding this company and seeking out one that values professionalism and has strong or in this case at least a decent level of organisational skills and communicates effectively. And please do not respond saying my interview didn’t go well when it didn’t go anywhere at all due to you not organising properly and not communicating with me to make me aware that the person who my interview was with was physically not there to begin with.
Till this day they keep flagging my reviews and reporting them. Shows how its more important for them to cover instead of just own their mistakes and learn and move on.

Smiles and Smiles have been amazing! I had my teeth whitened, and I’m so happy with the results that I’m going back for another consultation to talk about further treatments. The team were super patient and really listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend!

One of the best things to have done, teeth look really good and is a massive confidence boost.

However, got my free hand bonding done back at the end of June. Since then I’ve had two of the break off. Once in my retainer taking it off in the morning and the other whilst brushing my teeth with my an electric tooth brush.

The first that broke I had fixed free as it was in warranty. The second I’m still trying sort out as the warranty was only 3 months. Which in my opinion isn’t very long since they say they should last between 5/7 years and I’ve only had them 5 months.

I say to anyone now if you’re thinking of getting it done, look for places closer to home as this will be the second time I have to travel back to London from Bath which isn’t cheap. And also make sure there is a warranty that comes with it as they shouldn’t be breaking as easy as mine have!!

Superb service and treatment from start to finish all staff polite and friendly and try there best to get what your asking for very thorough in communications and very pleased with my new smile 😀 all round very pleased would definitly recommend friends and family.

When I first booked with the company I was so excited for my journey.
After my consultation we decided I only needed my top row of teeth done, due to the company not being able to change the finance they had to cancel the original and make a new one meaning I lost £200 in interest!

I started whitening my teeth ahead of my appointment with the teeth whitening provided however the whitening was awful, it made my teeth a shade whiter but that was all! Due to this, I decided that I wouldn’t be happy with my outcome so decided to cancel. Despite my numerous complaints that’s the whitening wasn’t working I was still charged £500 for the whitening.

When I cancelled I was told it would take up to 21 working days for my refunded however after a month and a half and numerous emails and phone calls where I was told “finance will hopefully get this to you today” I finally received my refund.

Staff were all lovely and it was all an easy process! I am very happy with my new smile although I feel they were rushed towards the end so they aren’t perfect as I’ve noticed some lumps and areas where it isn’t smoothed off

I had composite bonding done to 10 upper teeth in June 2024 and one fell off a couple of weeks ago!! The composite did not chip, the whole composite came off fully, (there was no biting nails, no combat sports. Couldn’t believe it. I called them up and tried to sort this and made them aware to see if the initial 3 month warranty could be extended due to the concern I had regarding the treatment (which I didn’t think was an unreasonable request considering the situation) but I was told this cannot be extended and the reason the composite came off was due to the fact they had recommend Invisalign, which was nonsense as they said they could perform the treatment without Invisalign and the composite would still be successful, hence the reason I went and booked the treatment. I went back to have the tooth re bonded and the dentist confirmed the reason it came off was due to the bonding not properly being secure. Customer service is at zero. Will not be recommending.

Dr Joseph was so informative, supportive and very patient during my composite bonding. He listened to my concerns and advised me but still let me make decisions.
I’ll be back every few months for my cleans! I travelled from Liverpool and it was so worth it.
He popped 4 shades on my teeth to help me decide, then asked me which shapes I liked and advised what he think would suit my arches. We went for the aggressive style but still with canines(fangs) and I just love my teeth

Great experience from start to finish, love my new smile. Highly recommended
