Hi all! Just wanted to send a note of thanks for your awesome hat! Saved me from several stitches the other day on some small beach break waves. Long story short...I took a spill and my board apparently shot up in the air and then shot down directly on my head with a thud. I waited a moment for the pain (and/or blood) to come but....nothing! A big smile came across my face and I literally thanked you guys at Smile out loud. Without you I would have been out of the lineup for quite sometime. Thanks again!!!

Fantastic customer service! I initially left a negative review because I thought they had sent me the wrong item, but then I realized that I had placed the order incorrectly. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and very understanding of my mistake. Five stars!

I originally rated my surf hat 3 stars, because the rivets on my hat came loose and the elastic strap tore. I described all of this in detail in my review — as a German, I of course had to live up to our reputation of being very meticulous and analyzing every little detail. :-)
A reply from SMILE came very quickly, asking me to send some photos, since they're always looking to improve their products and this really shouldn't happen. The moment they saw my pictures, they offered me a replacement right away. So now it's a maximum positive rating from me.
SMILE is a brand that genuinely takes its products seriously and does everything to put a "smile" on the customer's face. That was truly top-notch service. And once again: I love the old hat too, even with its loose rivets. My daughter loves it as well. It fits perfectly even without the helmet insert and gives great protection from the sun.

Bonjour, je cherchais un bob de surf incluant une protection aux chocs. Après une étude de marché et quelques essais en magasins je reçois sur Facebook une publicité ciblée de cette marque et de son bob de surf qui correspond en tous points à ce que je recherche. J’en commande 2 directement sur le site internet en passant par un moteur de recherche et en payant par PayPal car j’ai peur des arnaques. J’ai reçu mes articles en 4 semaines mais seulement 6 jours après qu’ils aient quitté leur entrepôt. C’est une jeune entreprise qui a fait face à des difficultés logistiques et organisationnelles dû au succès rencontré et à la publicité sur les réseaux sociaux. La communication avec le client est sérieuse et excellente (site, e-mail et whatsapp). Le bob est très bien conçu et agréable à utiliser avec ses jugulaires larges qui protègent les oreilles. Le tissu sèche rapidement et il ne double pas son poids lorsqu’il est dans l’eau. Je recommande cette entreprise à laquelle il faut faire confiance.
