I had a wonderful experience in this boutique. The saleswoman was extremely friendly, welcoming and gave very good advice without ever being pushy. She really took her time and created a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere while shopping.
The boutique itself is beautifully designed, with a great selection and a very stylish ambiance. You can feel the attention to detail and the quality of the service. I will definitely come back and highly recommend visiting this lovely boutique.

‘Okay’ experience
Shipping Took about only 4 days but they completely botched it by never providing me with any tracking only an invoice. By time I had contacted them for tracking, the package had already been attempted delivery the day before and was scheduled to be re-delivered the day I received it via instagram DM. Not the best first impression but at least I got what I ordered I suppose.

Best Kept Secret Source for European Fashion
Smets is a great source for the 'hot' fashion sell-outs that feature in high-end mags. Their pricing is more than competitive, their Sales are gold and warrant instant sign-up to an email account. Delivery to the other side of the world is not exxy, and reasonably fast. I am yet to return anything. Love the newly purchased Prada antiqued black pumps that sold out globally (except at Smets)...but note they run large - I went half a size down and still need a half insole.
