I got my watch in half price sale. I have no complaints at all with the watch, the delivery or the tracking.
The watch is accurate and keeps a very good charge.

Bought a watch in Nov 2023. Model is called Swim and their description is the watch is for swimming as it measures lengths of swim, recognises strokes etc. It stopped working after 7 weeks and they refuse to refund saying because it was in water it's not covered by their warranty. They sold this watch under false Information which is against UK consumers law.

Excellent product, price and delivery time. I did need to return an item for a refund but found the returns process very lengthy.

Already bought 3 watches and never had issue.
Watches are all great. Because I saved money I was able to purchase differe t models, so I can switch as I like.

I ordered a watch for my daughter. The only good part about this transaction was the delivery. The watch will not turn on/charge. I emailed the retailer with my complaint with a video to show the watch doesn’t work. 48 hours later I was asked a no of questions which I had addressed in my original complaint. 7 days later still no further forward. The company don’t have a return address and are no longer returning my emails.
I am absolutely furious with this company and would advise everyone to avoid buying from them.

Had a great experience buying a watch, very helpful and even changed it when the watch I ordered did not have a feature I exoected. BUT the watch after a few weeks stopped charging, I have emailed 3 times and not getting anyone coming back to me to resolve the issue, Can not find a phone number to ring and hoping they see this and get back to me

Ordered a charging station for my phone, watch & AirPods.
One of the charging points got stuck in my phone within 2 weeks, I emailed explained the problem and they decided I had used in their words “excessive” force to get my phone out of the charger, which was not the case, initially I asked for a replacement which was denied, I think it was denied because all of their products must be cheaply made and break easily. Awful product, awful customer service, avoid avoid avoid!! Much better products available for similar pricing.

The watch I was sold is faulty. At first a customer service provider was emailing to try and help solve the problem. Now after a full week no one is responding to my emails and I just want my money back. This was supposed to be a Xmas present

I did not expect such high quality of the watch for £40. This company has proven that it can be done cheap! Sich a relief when trying to save every penny.

I got back to them and also bought wireless charger that is very very cool.

Great experience , watch is nice and very accurate.

I am using it for my triathlon training. So swimming biking and running anf this watch is managing it all.

Delivery was very quick too.

I would recommend to everybody.

This is a replacement after my last watch wanted me to pay £20 a month after a trial I didn't even know I was on.
So I couldn't use it unless I paid up. 🤬
This one I love, the screens is a little bigger an I miss a few of the functions from my old watch, but I'm very pleased with my choice now.🥰

Great gift for my partner! I got him army watch for christmas. He absolutely loves it. Probably the best gift I have ever given.

Battery lasts 3-10 days and he can also make calls. He is a builder and wears it every day.

Delivery only took 2 days.

10 days and nothing!!!! Order a smart watch for my daughter's 11th birthday.

24 hour dispatch and I paid extra for the 1 to 2 day courier service.

10 days on and nothing, still nothing . 3 emails to customer service nothing for 5 days, then I receive an email offering a refund on the additional courier costs!

No explanation of where or when I will or may receive the item, no indication on when it may even be dispatched.

Daughter's birthday has been and gone she was 11 years, 4 days ago I explained this to smart watch, no even an acknowledgement or a sorry word

I wanted to ammend a previous one star review but was unable to find it.

Inexpensive smartwatch 5 stars. Customer service terrible. I didn't get an email confirmation of my order despite confirmation on the website (always screenshot your confirmation people-without that information I'd have been stuffed) and the money leaving my account.

I'd paid for next day delivery but the product was out of stock. The website didn't tell me this. After three days expecting it, I emailed and at midnight got an oddly worded reply suggesting I select a different watch in the same price bracket. I asked several supplementary questions which weren't addressed. Ultimately, nearly 2 weeks later we recieved a very reasonably priced fully functioning smart watch. As far as I can tell its the one I ordered but there's no branding on any of the paperwork.

So my advice is yes use this company but order well in advance and if something goes wrong cancel the order and order something different. The customer service looks like AI and is inflexible.

Ordered the S21 and paid extra for 48hr Royal mail delivery. 48hrs passed and nothing, just an email stating its out of stock. To be fair they offered me the upgraded S23 with no extra cost but 7 days later and only just got confirmation of tracking for my 48hr delivery. This is not good enough, too many retailers offering and taking extra cash for services they cannot provide. In future I will not use any retailer who hasn't previously provided me with a reliable service, if you want repeat custom then treat your customers with respect and have the items shipped and delivered in the time period chosen or face losing custom.... your choice 🤷‍♂️. Personally I'm fed up

Bought Army watch M1 Pro in January this year, used occasionally but now does not charge, have tried other compatibility charger leads with no joy.
Contacted company on numerous occasions. Their policy is to make it as difficult as possible to return the watch making numerous requests which are not relevant to the issue in question, for example has it been near water, it hasn't but it's supposed to be waterproof anyway! My most recent communication from them is to sent them, £13.00, which they have never explained what the £13.00 is for plus for me to pay postage of around £5.00 to repair a watch that is under guarantee.
Another point is that the packaging and the guarantee card within the box state a guarantee of two years, Smartwatch for less, claim they only offer a one year guarantee, or in my case non at all, unless I'm prepared to pay. My advice is don't use this company if you're expecting them to honor the guarantee
Update:- The company have replied by saying free repairs apply for the first six months only, after that a charge of £13.00 is required to cover repairs and handling!
As I see it that's a six month warranty and not twelve as quoted.
