Where is my order?! Ordered on 6th march for my children’s birthdays which have now passed and still no watches!! Was told that the watches would be despatched by the end of last week and since no reply!! And no watches!! Disgraceful service!!

Have ordered from them previously and had no problems. My latest order arrived with a scratch on the screen so contacted customer service to arrange a return. Oh my days what a palaver that was. Countless number of emails back and forth with them taking days and days to reply. Think it took 2 weeks from my first email to getting a return delivery address and label. I did receive a replacement (eventually) and all is well with this watch but I will not use them again due to the ridiculously long winded returns process.

Good charger and smartwatch. I ordered them together, order came fast, I think it was 3 days in total. Well packaged. Had to charge the watch first to be able to use it but that’s normal. I have been using it for a few weeks now and it hasn’t let me down. The charger is also good, I needed a clock in my kitchen and this does the job. I can now see the time when Im cooking as well as charge my phone. God tech products, thanks

Really good service and product. I accidentally forgot to put my house number, emailed straight away and it got fixed within 2 hours. I have now received the product and it is much better than what I expected for the price- looks great, works great and the battery life is almost 5 days which is amazing. Will be ordering more for my cousin soon for their birthday

Purchased a smartwatch in November 2023 for my wife as a birthday gift !! The watch has since developed a fault in January reported to cs smartwatch for less and was informed that it would take 30 - 60 days to repair but I've not received a returns address foe details of where to send the watch for its repair I have received an email informing me that it is beyond 30 days return notice, the fault developed beyond 30 days but is still only a couple of months since its Purchase so it should still be covered under manufactures warranty, the watch just randomly starts buzzing continuously and won't stop until its battery is depleted, the watch has not been subjected to water nore has it been dropped it has simply been worn as it should be but has developed this fault, I have no telephone number to ring and customer services has been unhelpful in providing a returns service to get the faulty watch repaired. This has been going on for a few weeks now and I still have the watch repackaged in its original box with the order slip waiting to return it for repair!

Did receive money back for late delivery but after wearing the watch it is not fit for purpose and am know
trying to get my money back but are being told it needs to be in a resaleable condition sent back how it arrived with the cover on the screen etc.. How do you know a watch doesn't work if you can't wear it? Will update review if I get a reasonable outcome.
Money has now been returned although didn't receive full money as watch had gone on sale at a cheaper rate.

We have a £40 watch which is useless.
NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
It does not measure distance walked, althouth the watch details said it did.
They will not refund my money-shame on you!

Disgraceful customer service. Contacted them by email to say my watch wasn’t working after just over one month. Series of back and forth emails where they asked me to send pics and whether there was water damage. Suddenly, after the photos showing the watch and the charger, they tell me it is outside of 28’days so they can’t refund me. What watch has a one month warranty ? Didn’t ask to look at it, just an outright no. If they knew this to be the case from the start whynwith all the back and forth emails. Then they offered me 20% discount off a new charger when they don’t know if that is the problem. Won’t be spending another penny with them and will make sure nobody else I know does either. Shame on you smartwatch for less

Lovely watch, ordered the womens S23 model and it looks much more expensive and elegant than it is. Very pleased, functions work well and lasts me a couple days which is great.

Disgusting disregard for customer service. Order placed on 14/02/24. Didn't arrive for Birthday on 22nd so requested a cancellation and refund. Was told this isn't possible at the moment, just return when it arrives. Still waiting. They don't answer calls and refuse to provide company registration number for complaint to Trading Standards. They are total scammers but they'll continue to get away with this behaviour if everyone doesn't report them so please do. Their site is full of 5 star reviews which is an absolute joke. If you look at legit review sites you'll see they rarely get five stars. So obvious the reviews are fake. Don't use unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Impressed with build quality of such a cheap watch! I was a bit sceptical at first, but this company has proven that they are reliable and have a great customer service.

Or a tracking code or confirmation email even tho I have my order number and have emailed youse several times I’m slightly concerned as I’ve had no confirmation email so writing to you on this is my way of getting in contact if you can let me know if the order has been shipped I’d be most greatful then il update my review many thanks G

Bought a Smartwatch in January. It didn't perform as expected and I had a reaction to the metal! It's now been over a month since I started my complaint to ask to return it for a refund for. The watch has been returned to Snartwatch fir less and are still checking it out to see if they'll refund me even though they already agreed to. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

Very difficult company to get any sort of correspondence from. My partner ordered from them on the 11th , paid next day delivery. Now on the 14th. Still no shipping confirmation. No response from the company despite numerous emails and messages on social media. And oh yeh. Still no watch

This watch is excellent value for money. I had originally wanted the Apple Watch it after comparing a few others I am glad I decided on this Smartwatch. It looks good and all the functions work well, I particularly like the step counter, the training run function and the no function. I would not hesitate to recommend and I am about to buy another one for my partner.
Also very quick delivery.

Purchased an S21 watch for my girlfriend in rose gold. When it arrived it wasn't rose gold colour but standard gold finish. Screen couldn't be dimmed at night, so sleep monitoring mode was pointless as it kept us both awake. Arranged return. The RMA returns process was awful, I was lied to by their customer services. Firstly told 7 day refund window, then 14 day refund window. Eventually received partial refund. Same watch available on Amazon for over 50% less! Stay away from this company.

Note: Since submitting this review, I have received a threat from Trustpilot to take my review offline, unless I provide further details within 3 days which I have. It's a shame that sellers try and silence genuine reviews (albeit bad reviews) rather than improve their awful service. I am now considering closing my TrustPilot account as it is clear they trust the sellers more than the customers!

In response to the reply from SFL. You are a blatant liar! I have documentary evidence that I received a "partial" refund. Do you really wish me to embarrass you by providing it online? Shame on you. You are clearly ignorant of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 of which you should familarize yourself as you have a large quantity of disatisfied customers. It's ironic that SFL asked me to do a review, and then when I did accused it if not being genuine. Since the "threat" my review has been validated by Trustpilot.

Couldn’t be happier, I purchased the Colmi plus Gold, very stylish and the features are just as good as expected.
Great place to buy a good and affordable smartwatch!

I am so happy with my watch, it’s so similar to the Apple Watch and does a lot more than what I thought it would do. 100 percent worth the money and I highly recommend you go buy one 😀
