This company sent me a faulty handset. The camera struggled to focus, particulary the back camera, and took very poor photos, which points to a bug or fault. The screen chipped at the side of the handset, without experiencing any kind of trauma, which is outside of the regulation for screen toughness. The phone constantly overheated while on charge despite 2 resets. Then it overheated, went off, and now will not charge or turn back on. The S24 ultra is completely useless, within 2 weeks of purchase. And this company has done nothing but argue over how the screen became cracked, told me the overheating was normal, and try to avoid refunding me. Appalling customer service. Don't use them.

Excellent service & communication. The mobile phone really is in new condition. Unfortunately it comes in general box & without all its accessories.
Hopeful consider this issue in future and make it an option with extra fees.
