Solid, beautiful work from Smartpress, once again. I am already planning to move more projects to Smartpress because the quality is so good and colors so consistently beautiful.

The initial consult was informative. The design process was made simple. The approval process was easy. The pick up was great and on time!

Smartpress has amazing customer service. If you have an issue with you order they immediately are there to help and will go above and beyond to correct any mistakes on their end.

The team at SmartPress was responsive and made changes so quickly! We needed some custom details and the representative set up the order for me to help. We had our product in hand within a week, would absolutely use them again!

The technician was patient and very helpful in my fumbled attempts at completing my order.

The book marks were packed fabulously, however about half of one version are scratched or damaged in some way, despite being in the middle of the deck of book marks.

UPDATE: After leaving this feeback on my experience, Smartpress reached out and reprinted the damaged book marks. It was a very easy experience. The new book marks are in much better condition, though not all of them were perfect. The scratches aren't as bad, but certainly there even on book marks deep in the nicely packaged stack. Still, the overall quality was good enough to be used. I'll look at exploring a different finish for the next batch I need printed.

The Smartpress team was so helpful in ensuring my order was produced correctly - they caught and helped me correct an error made and were quick to help when I needed to make a change. They did all this and ensured the order was completed in time for a critical event. Thank you!!

Lamination went up by 4x and couldn't come up with a reasonable reason.

This booklet was created for my husband’s grandmother’s funeral in the Bahamas. His family asked me to put together something special that would feel different from what they typically see there, so I’m really glad I found Smartpress. The final product turned out beautifully and everyone loved it.

My only negative was that I didn’t realize the 2-Day processing time didn’t include the additional two days it would take for shipping. Luckily, once the team received my order they worked quickly, were incredibly helpful, and communicated clearly about the file updates needed to get everything completed and shipped.

First, there’s SmartPress's website, which is one of the most usable websites I’ve ever come across. Everything was very intuitive and allowed for 1 million changes, so I could compare prices. The website is also quite beautiful.

The variety of products and paper types is excellent. I ordered their sample booklet, and it arrived quickly. The quality of papers is excellent, and they offer papers in a great many choices of weight, color, gloss, and "ethicalness."

I started looking around at their products and options offered, which brought to mind several questions that I asked in the chat function. This prompted an invitation to a video call to talk about my project with Keela. Wow. This impressed me! I am very much a beginner at printing things and was eager to have everything be perfect. She was infinitely helpful and patient, put me at ease, answered all my questions, and got me started on the right path. Subsequently, when I emailed Keela with follow-up questions, she always responded promptly and completely.

The process of getting my book printed was labor-intensive on my end. SmartPress has marvelous graphic arts folks who happily corrected my mistakes---multiple times. I think I submitted eight "new-and-improved" manuscripts before we finally put together the one that was right in every way.

Through all of this, they were infinitely patient with my process. I made *a lot* of changes, some of them pretty big. I changed my proof from hard to digital, increased the number of units I ordered by 300%, formatted and reformatted, changed the number of pages in my book, asked the project manager to mail a single copy to the copyright office in D.C., and more. All responses from the team supporting my job were positive. They were all genuinely dedicated to helping me get exactly what I wanted.

And with all this customer service, my unit price was incredibly reasonable.

After this single experience with printing a book, I’m a die-hard fan of SmartPress. I would unequivocally recommend SmartPress to anyone wanting to have materials printed. I will be back whenever I need anything printed.

Spoke with customer support about a reorder that was printed on incorrect paper. They confirmed I reordered but when I explained how the cards were unusable and that what I received unusuable, I was given a recommendation to place and pay for another order with a different card stock. I expect when I re-order a product, I will receive the same product.

Incredible communication from the team, helped me swap a rush order in to receive the prints in time, quality came out great.
