The cards I received are beautiful! They even sent extra sets just in case some of the printing isn't perfect. I haven't looked through all of the sets, but I'm confident I got at least what I paid for if not more.

I'm used to responding to questions by email, so using the provided messaging system was new to me. However, with a gentle "please use it" I was quickly able to access and navigate their communication platform. At that point, all messages were available to any teammember along the way.

Very very good quality for the price. I would recommend this to anyone. The one drawback is that several of the printings arrived dirty or scuffed up (presumably from the printing process). I would recommend getting 10-15% more than you need to throw out some. Even doing that, far cheaper than the competition, and great service.

Great product and service! My menus were expertly printed (and folded!!!) on high quality paper. I will definitely be ordering again!

The Smartpress service team is responsive, helpful, great to work with. They answered all my questions, found a more cost effective option to get what I needed and did it all with great interactions. My resulting product was better than I anticipated. I will be using them for any printing projects moving forward!

We had a great experience working with SmartPress for both our yard signs and printed invites. The quality was superb across the board, everything came out crisp, clean, and really elevated the look of what we were putting out. They offered plenty of options that made it easy to take our print jobs from basic to truly top notch. I was very happy with my experience with Smartpress. I was under a very strict deadline and they were able to meet it!

The pre-sales experience with the live person via chat was great. My person answered all my questions and was awesome. I did not like the AI chat bot. It would respond with the canned answers that were in the description or FAQ and that is why I put 4 stars. The people assigned/responding to my canvas print order were amazing too. They asked if I had a deadline and let me know about the longer leadtime for the proof. Also, I got a freight quote so I would know the exact price that I was paying. The 3 prints looked fantastic in the showroom. Overall it was a great experience.

Great as usual. Second time I have used Smartpress, and it went very smoothly. Communication is great using their dashboard and the product was delivered by the date they said it would. Will definitely be using Smartpress again.
