Hi Axel,
We are sorry to hear this.
The cancellation via BackMarket is made immediately, as soon as you request for it.
However, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account is entirely out of our control and is dependent on your bank. It can often take up to 5-7 working days.
Kind regards,
SFS
Pleasant and hassle free buying experience
Super pleased, great price and fab condition. Even though the phone condition was rated as fair, the two phones I bought were close to mint. Very happy with the price and the speed of delivery. The additional warranty was the icing on the cake. Overall, one happy customer (so far 🙂)
