INCOMPETENT SOLICITORS!! SLS majorly undervalue cases, fail to take and retain adequate instruction about my case/losses
6 months in they switch file handler and ask me to resend all lost information and evidence. Tried tricking me in signing documents which undervalued my case by half. SLS cause more stress than the disrepair, I'm having to take it further to a negligence solicitor. Below is feedback from SLS stating the issues are resolved but they are NOT!

Stay clear of this company they backtrack and what they say after sending the part 36 offer then decide they need evidence stay clear of this company its cause this much stress of the house in Disrapare at self it was on a no-win no fee basis and that clearly shows because they clearly didn’t want to do any work or put any effort into it.

SLS Solicitors were helpful and informative from the beginning. Communication was regular, clear and concise.
They successfully reached an agreement for repair works to be carried out, which was originally rejected by the housing association.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service

Lack of communication, didn't get any email acknowledgements. Disappointed that my property was not inspected properly and i feel that i have not been compensated the correct amount. I have emailed with these concerns but as usual i have had no acknowledgement or response.

Efficient, friendly and get's the job done. Highly recommended.

Relentless. Submitted a form then when they called me I explained I didn't want to go any further. I'm now getting at least 5 calls a day and have 21 voicemail this week from them. LEAVE ME ALONE.

The solicitor (Ashley Leung) was really helpful during the process against counsil, the team managed to come up with a good deal from defender. I am very satisfied with the quality of service.

This service has been very successful for me as my mum has been suffering in condition which is not safe for her, despite the Solictor trying there best to get the landlord to resolve the issue which they still have t till now at least we have received a compensation.
