I have used SLR Hut a few times now, price qualty and on time delivery is second to none, I purchased a Sigma 24-70 Art II amazing lens and a third of the price of Sony keep up the great work I will be a returning customer 100% for all my camera gear Thank you

I required a set of blades for a DJI Mavic Mini and they had some in, showing in stock, so ordered. Some 4 hours later after payment the order has been cancelled with zero reason given. Paid via PayPal so if a refund is forthcoming promptly, PayPal will be contacted for a refund. It’s only £17 and not hundreds of pounds for camera gear but pointless having a website with “in stock” items - I suspect they didn’t have them in the end. Won’t be returning and requesting they remove my data via the GDPR.

Don't go anywhere near them. They cancelled my order with no explanation, didn't refund the payment and didn't reply to any contact. Absolute liability, wouldn't trust them when buying something as much as a DSLR body.

What an amazing service, I placed my order with Steve Sunday afternoon, I received it today, 4days from the US to me in the UK. The staff were very knowledgeable answering any questions I had prier to placing the order. If my daughter doesn't get on with the camera I'll be happy to take it off of her, if she does then I'll be coming back to SlrHut to order another one.

I was about to purchase a pair of Canon binoculars online and haven't used this company before, so thought I'd check out their reviews first. Having seen a few which referred to their poor customer service, I thought I would call the SLR Hut first to test out their service and ask about Christmas delivery times.
I selected Option 1 for 'Sales' and was then held listening to repetitive music for over 7 minutes without a response. Coming from a customer service background, I find this totally unacceptable and can only imagine the difficulty I would have if I needed to contact the SLR Hut with a query or a problem if I proceeded with my purchase (of £360.00). Thank you, but no thank you, I would rather pay £20.00 more and purchase from a supplier who recognises how important it is to answer the phone to their customers!

Communication (received phone call about order) was excellent. Camera bundle arrived to address in UK (despite shipping from US) quickly and was well packaged.
Delighted with the service and would use them again.

Great company, speedy delivery and website was easy to navigate. Camera is amazing.

Great value for money super fast shipping and excellent customer service. Perfect for photographers

They have not however stopped spamming me.
I have NEVER seen such tenacity from a spammer of any kind.

I have unsubscribed from their lousy newsletters a dozen times over more than a decade.
The most persistent spammers I have EVER encountered.

I was looking for a Canon camera SLRHut had the best price. I called the London number on their website to check if the one I wanted was in stock. The person I spoke to consulted someone else and confirmed that they did have what I wanted. I ordered it, with a scheduled delivery date 5-6 days later. I was surprised to get a delivery advice from Fedex saying the my package had been dispatched from New Jersey, U.S.A. I was a little worried as this seemed rather odd and there is no indication on the website that this is not a wholly U.K. based company. I got frequent delivery updates and the camera arrived when expected. There was no paperwork with it. Just the boxed camera in a brown cardboard box. An odd experience but not bad considering how unconventional everything seemed.

It's uncommon for me to leave reviews, however, it's uncommon to receive such excellent customer service! I was impressed throughout the process. Great prices, efficient delivery and knowledgeable, friendly, helpful customer service team. Particular thanks to Henry and Mark. I highly recommend 😊

Great company. I was a little wary as the price almost felt too good to be true, but I had no need to be. Great communication all through the purchase processes and really quick delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and happy to use again. Delighted with the camera and the bundle of accessories.

Do not buy a camera from SLR Hut. I purchased a Sony ZV E10 and when it arrived the factory seal on the box had been removed, the manufacturers warranty cards removed and the camera had finger prints on it.

SLR huts response was that they quality control inspect cameras!! Clearly the cameras are returns/display ones.

Please avoid at all costs, it's not worth it.

I have purchased in the past from slr hut a digital slr camera but this time it was a MacBook Air. Which it was in unbeatable price comparing any other retailer on the market. As I was pleased before with the camera I bought and the service i received, I did not hesitate this time to buy a new laptop. The delivery arrived three days earlier ( was suppose to be a week! ) wow!! All in perfect condition! I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you.

I ordered my Canon EOS R10 with two lenses on Sunday. The kit arrived on Wednesday afternoon, three days later. Everything was in perfect condition, and I am delighted with the equipment, LSRHUT’S service and of course the saving of £550. I have today (Thursday) placed an order for another lens which the gentleman who rang me to advise on my choices says will be with me by middle of next week. I will order more kit from SLRHut, as I need it. Based on my experience so far, I can only recommend SLRHUT.

Everything arrived before the date you notified me it would and was well packed.

A very easy order of what is now a hard-to-find camera in a new and unused state. SLR Hut bundled the camera with a multitude of accessories such as lens filters, tripods, video microphones, video lights and cases.
It was all very well packaged and shipped quickly with excellent tracking. Really happy with the purchase

Bought this for my partner for Christmas so not used yet but it looks perfect, I'll update once it's used
