Avoid the SLowdive app. It is a scam. I signed up for a 7-day free trial with Apple pay and I immediately got three different charges from Paddle.net totally $161!! Avoid avoid avoid. I am now in a battle with them. What a drag.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, for an app that is supposed to reduce stress and anxiety it has created a total distrust. They rinsed my account without my consent, their bots online, customer service is scandalous. AI generated responses and a rigmarole to try get refunded. Such a pity that scamming seems more attractive than providing a service. Luckily I checked my bank and stopped any further payments.

Fraudulent app
Fraudulent app! I am getting very anxious about this app! I thought this was legit. I purchased a trial, I have now paid over $120 instead of $25. This is a scam. I've gotten so many emails from them. I've reached out to the social media team, I still have not been contacted. Plus the account I created doesn't even have the subscription that I paid for. I've been told support will reach out to me, I haven't heard back. I went on Instagram, apparently this is the experience of many people.

If I could do negative stars I would. I kept seeing the add with the good music that calmed my mind. Decided to try it. What a joke. It's all BS and the app hasn't worked since I paid for it. The chat help is a joke. It's prefilled so you can't type what you need to into the box and when you can actually type a question on the desk top site they stop answering you. It's all a scam.

I purchased 7 day for 6.99 just to see if I wanted to continue after. Slowdrive took £137 out of my account. App doesn’t work. I feel like I may have been scammed. 😞

Shame they don't do minus numbers, I thought I'd sign up for one week, to see how I got on before committing. I purposefully skip past the offers on Lucid Dreams and Holotropic training, declining the option to spend 2 x $19.99. I then check my subscription to cancel it, and see that they've charged me 4 x $19.99 for the same two training sessions. It's disgusting and stressful and I am awaiting a receipt through a website that doesn't even provide a refund policy on it.

Even in your support it’s says to go to settings open subscriptions and cancel!

Only when I went though your bot was I able to cancel, which is not per your instructions!

I signed up for 12 weeks at £24.99, they then took multiple payments totalling £140 !! Plus non GBP payment charges making it closer to £150 of unauthorised payments! I was very upset , total scam, stealing my money just before Christmas. They agreed to refund but have NOT given me back the full amount they stole.

I did not even prescribe to this app and they took a whole bunch of money out of my pay-pal - 3 payments in all 3 different transactions and I have tried to get a refund from this Paddle company they use to take payments for them. I did get 1 refund of $45.00 but they still owe me for $ 84.75 and $28.24 and of course I am not getting any type of help in this refund..even with a photo of these transactions from my pay-pal. It's very fraudulent indeed to get nowhere over and over again. It's shameful to let these companies operate and scam the public like this. I had to change my PP password and go in and put a stop on any future transactions.

They advertised a monthly price of £14 with a 14 day trial period but it added extra subscriptions totalling £110 without my knowledge or consent. I’ve requested a refund for all of it as I did not appreciate being deceived. I only received £14 refund, still waiting to hear about the £110 that they stole from me. I’ve been trying since October.
UPDATE: 06/01/25
Slowdive’s reply here, instructing us to get in touch with them is false. The only way of getting in touch with them is through layers of communications with bots, none of it leading anywhere - none of my messages and emails have been seen or replied by a human.

Signed up for a 1 week trial and was charged for a month - I would have been charged more but I turned off the radio button that would have authorized them to charge almost 10 times the amount I thought I was paying. There is no way to speak with anyone and I immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Like others on here - 1. wish I had read the reviews first and 2. will probably end up cancelling my card. RUN as fast as you can from this company.
