We love the glasses we purchased here for my 7 year old daughter. These glasses are top quality and beautiful. They fit my 7 year old face perfectly. She loves the style and color. The customer services was also very good. I definitely recommend getting glasses from SLLAC. I will be repurchasing again, and again. Thank you for your amazing, unique, trendy glasses, and great customer support.

Customer service was prompt and excellent. I ordered the wrong frames and emailed when I realized my mistake. They were very quick to respond with issue all fixed! My daughter LOVES her frames and we plan to order more.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from them but they arrived broken which was upsetting, however, they’re processing a full refund to me and offered to reship them free of charge.

I paid $25 for expedited shipping and it took them two weeks to get my non-prescription frames to my house. I asked them to refund the shipping since the timeline did not honor what I paid, for they refused saying that expedited shipping timelines are not guaranteed. On top of that, the glasses I received did not look like the ones I ordered. They had some differences and were very poor quality. With that said, I believe that you get what you pay for but in this case, I certainly didn’t even get what I paid for it with $25 expedited shipping. I do not recommend purchasing from here. Their customer service is absolutely frustrating.

Don't use SLLAC!! I purchased from them a few years back and didn't realize for about 6 months that they had the wrong prescription on one side (my eyes were compensating, so I didn't notice).

I ordered eyeglasses one month ago and have not received them. Delivery to my apartment building apparently failed twice (I was home and received no notification that they’d tried delivering them). The tracker said they were being returned to sender. I wrote to Sllac, and they said the package would be redelivered, but I needed to provide a different mailing address. I did so, and they said the glasses would be reshipped, but they haven’t yet - it’s been 16 days since failed delivery. The company is no longer responding to me via email, even when I’ve asked for a refund.

Don’t buy from SLLAC. They are not transparent about shipping and duties. I was hit with a $20 duty fee months after my purchase and it was never mentioned when I was paying for shipping. Also the glasses are shit quality. They also do not allow for returns. Terrible customer service, they only care about making money

Bad return policy for online glasses. Offered me a one time store credit to return a pair. I had to pay to send them back. Picked a new pair. The lens were messed up and they told me I couldn't return them because they were purchased with a store credit. Then offered to send me new lens after I emailed them a bunch and said I have to pay for them to ship me the lens. Do not use them.

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from SLLAC with express shipping and was promised delivery by July 11, 2025. The package got stuck in customs. FedEx called me on July 7, but I missed the call. They then emailed me on July 8 asking if the lenses were prescription, and I replied within two hours. Despite this prompt response, the package was never delivered, and without any further contact or warning, it was returned to the sender
When I requested a full refund, SLLAC refused, claiming the glasses were “customized” and couldn’t be resold. They offered only a 50% refund (excluding shipping) or asked me to wait even longer for a possible resend. This feels unfair given that the product never reached me and I complied promptly with customs.
To make matters worse, they were not honest about the package’s status — initially saying it had returned to their country, only to later admit it hadn’t arrived yet. When I asked for an updated delivery date, they ignored me for over a day and then gave vague, inconsistent answers.
Overall, I’m extremely frustrated with their poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers. After exhausting all attempts to resolve this directly with SLLAC, I have initiated a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. It’s disappointing to have to take this step, but their refusal to provide a fair refund left me no choice. I won’t use SLLAC again and would caution others, especially for international orders, to be very careful.

The delivery speed was surprising, just one week! After getting them, I wasn't keep on the color, but the customer service responded quickly when I asked about it.

I was nervous about ordering from Sllac at first, but I am so glad I did! They came within 20 days after I ordered them. My lenses are perfect and frames fit me great. They came in a case with a glass’s screwdriver and a cleansing cloth. I will totally be buying from here again. So worth it when you know your exact prescription!

Frames quite nice. Distance vision OK but close vision completely out of focus. Consequently glasses are of no use to me, a waste of money! Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. The glasses are beautiful! I ordered another pair, I never received them! I have e mailed the company and I have never received a response. I would love to talk to someone! Great glasses, great quality, horrible customer service.

I'm very impressed with their customer service folks. I ordered progressives, but didn't happen to think that the reading portion might be too narrow due to the frame type. I contacted them and they let me pick out a new frame and just pay the difference in the frame cost and shipping. I didn't have to send back the original glasses, which I was worried out because it would have been overseas. I will definitely purchase glasses from them again!

Completely disappointed! They no longer have a virtual ‘try on’ option and I ordered a pair much too small for my face. I knew they had a 30 day return policy so I requested a return. The policy specifies that the customer pays the shipping which I did. I go to order a new pair and they don’t permit me to use their promotions on a new pair-which is at least a 30.00 value! I will NEVER order glasses from this company again!

I ordered a pair, they put the wrong address on it by mixing up North and South, USPS sent the package back to them that day before i had time to go in since i was at work, i contacted them and they where rude and dismissive and wont send me another pair since the first pair is on its way back to them. So not only do they get to keep mu money but they also get to keep the glasses. This place is a scam

I'm a big fan of sllac! They have new arrivals every week, and I've bought almost 8 pairs from them! The rimless #panda is my favorite pair now!

I love my new glasses! They're beautiful and comfortable to wear. I've gotten so many compliments on them.
