I like the frames style a lot, but the actual lenses itself are incorrect and it gives me a headache when I wear them for too long. The prescription I sent is from my eye doctor and it should be accurate. Maybe I just have really bad vision and it isn't easy to create an accurate lens for me.

Glasses were defective and company tried to convince me it was from shipping, which is hard to believe although their shipping takes way too long compared to other companies. I even sent them a picture and they’re trying to get me to treat the glasses to get them back to a non-defective state. I was a first time customer and they refused a replacement. Rotten customer service and won’t do business with them again. They don’t value customers and their shipping times are too long. My glasses are defective and they won’t make it right. Sad because the glasses are otherwise good looking, although they seem more cheaply made than other Chinese-made acetate frames that I have bought in the past. UPDATE AFTER COMPANY REPLY: Disingenuous reply. Wasn’t the temples. It was the arms of the glasses. I submitted two pictures. I can attach them here. Also the order did not ship within seven days. I asked for a replacement because I like the glasses and they refused because they said this would happen again. I’ve been buying frames online for years and this is the first time this has ever happened. And they’ve been acetate they all been shipped, so good try covering up your defects. Their excuse is a red herring for their poorly made glasses snd ineffectual “quality control.”

The Glass frames are beautiful and fit well. . Thought when ordering bifocal prossgressive lenses the top would be clear and middle to.end would be bifocal area. These are completely full bifocal that are for reading. I need to.take them off for distance. Wasn't really wanting to do that.
Prescription. They are great for just reading glasses.
Takes long to get them about 3 to 4 weeks.

It was very easy to order from SLLAC. Most of the other companies make you go through several screens each time adding options and of course, more charges. SLLAC doesn't operate that way, which is why I will order from them again. They also offered me an a check box (not another page) to pick colored lenses for the transitions at no charge.

LOVE! Found the shape of glasses that I have always loved, but couldn't find at my eye doctor or on other sites. Price was fantastic, received earlier than expected and they were even able to accommodate my progressive prescription in a small lens. Thank you!

The website was easy to navigate, great pictures for glasses, easy to choose exactly what you want. My glasses came easily and were what I asked for.

The quality of these lenses are clearer and more precise than my $400 pair I got from the doctors office. I’m SO IMPRESSED. Also the fit was not the shape I was hoping for so I asked if I could send them back for store credit and switch to a different style and they responded immediately, ready to help. Great customer service is hard to find these days. 5 stars

Ordered these for my mom. She loved the first pair so much, she had me order a 2nd pair.
She's very pleased with the fit and I'm pleased with how easy the order process was.

They’re absolutely wonderful past delivery my son loves them. They’re exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve emailed twice. The lenses are not darkening in the sun as I paid for. Trying to find out how and where to return for full credit. At that time I will order a different pair.
I’m keeping some in my cart for that opportunity, but will not order until I receive information and confirmation.

J'ai acheté deux paires de lunettes, je les ai reçues impeccablement emballées et protégées. Reçues en un mois mais ça ne m'a pas posé problème. (Compter quelques euros de frais de douane pour les recevoir) Elles sont de très bonne qualité et les couleurs sont très jolies. Je rachèterai probablement des lunettes sur ce site!

My nose part of my glasses broke. I sent an email to replace them, they responded fast and shipped it out ASAP and were very nice, friendly, and cooperative. I’ve bought many of these frames and they are my favorite!

Glasses arrived VERY fast. The frames themselves are good, but my prescription isn’t right. I feel dizzy and cross-eyed in them. I’ve reached out to support but there’s no information on returns on their site.

I loved these glasses as soon as I put them on. Great look, great fit and prescription match.

International delivery was much faster than specified. I'm wearing them for an important meeting tomorrow.
