THEY MUST BE MAKING A FORTUNE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SO WHY DO MAINSTREAM SITES ALLOW THERE SCAM ADVERTISING

I purchased 2 cross bags in less then a few weeks use the magnetic disc came off that holds the flap closed on 1 bag. I contacted customer service and sent pics of the defect. They replied "We're so sorry for this.
However, we can't confirm when and by whom the damage occurred, as more than 15 days have passed since the delivery of your package". After denying the $4 they offered they sent this " We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Relevant departments have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you.
In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high. Is it possible to increase the compensation to 8 in the default currency?

Since they would not replace the bag I felt like I had no choice but to accept the $8 and throw the bag out. Watch who you buy from I would not recommend ordering anything from them!

A product that didn’t work, an no customer service from them. I ordered a tire pressure monitoring device, didn’t work from the very beginning. Mailed them, they tell me it was fine, and basically said no help available. Will never buy anything from them again!!!!

I do not believe this company is based in America even though the item was shipped from there. The SlideRow domain was registered through Alibaba Cloud Computing based in china.
I ordered a top of the range tripod from them that took weeks to come. When it arrived it was a cheap copy.
The company insisted it was what I ordered even though I had clear proof that it was not.
I did not spend long disputing it as I could see that in my opinion this seemed like a front for a company not based in America making you think they are. I should have read the TrustPilot reviews first.

So not quite as bad as others have said, but not great. Firstly I seemed to pay a bit more than expected when the exchange rate happened, then the item took well over 2 weeks to arrive (so ignore the blurb around them having local warehouses!). But the item does resemble what I was expecting. It is described as X-99 on the box and not MA-38, but I see a lot of tripods called MA-38 and they seem to be different. Still, a lesson learnt! I could and should have just bought one from Amazon!

My story is the same as many of the others here. I ordered the MA38 but received the X-99 which is a cheap knockoff and has far fewer features. $2 offer of “goodwill” for having fallen for their scam.

Same as others... I ordered the MA38 and they sent the XX99..inferior product, not what I paid for and also they wanted to just give me back a few USD for the inconvenience. This is the process that many dodgy/fraudulent online companies operate. AVOID at all costs..you will lose your money.

As with others, I ordered the MA38 tripod that is shown on the web site, and confirmed in the order confirmation but received the less featured X99 model.

Customer service would simply not acknowledge the misrepresentation and offer a pittance small refund “for the inconvenience”.

Should have looked at these reviews first.

Item nothing like the picture shown and only received 1 and was under the impression it was a set of 2 or 3 🤬really bad

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sliderow. I ordered a MA38 magnetic phone tripod, but they sent me an X-99 instead. After a number of emails back and forth, they offer to send some money back as compensation! I requested a complete refund or a replacement for the correct item, but they refused. I feel i have been scammed, so avoid these types of websites and the influencers promoting them at all costs!

I ordered two sets of the pumpkin's and never received. I will never order again!

Absolute scammers in every way! Just wish I’d taken the time to investigate more and read the reviews. Facebook and other platforms should be ashamed in enabling their continued ripping off of customers.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sliderow. I ordered a ME38 tripod, but they sent me an X-99 instead. After 100 emails back and forth, their resolution was simply a pathetic $2 compensation! I requested a refund and an exchange for the correct item, but they refused, telling me to just give the wrong tripod to someone else. It’s clear that they have no intention of resolving this properly. I feel scammed and believe they operate like low-level thieves. Save your money and avoid these types of websites and the influencers promoting them at all costs!

This company shows pictures and description of a genuine branded product on their website then when you buy it they send you a really inferior cheap imitation of that product. When you query it they say it is too expensive to return to China (even though it was originally shipped from America??) and offer you $2 as compensation. This is Fraud plain and simple!

Ordered a magnetic phone tripod from sliderow.com. The website stated that the item in cart was CAD$20.81. All the way up to the checkout process it was understood that I would be paying that amount. The email confirmation I received from Google Pay stated they charged me supposed to be USD19.28, but my credit card bill says I was charged USD25.06 - far from the CAD$20.81 I was supposed to be charged. However, they did reach out and offered a discount of difference of the USD25.06 and the USD19.28 - any further refund of the difference to the original amount quoted in CAD$ was denied. Their e-commerce website and merchant site are misleading.

To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong model. I ordered Model MA38. I was sent Model X-99

I specifically ordered the MA38 for it's function to attach it's quick release shoe to a Tripod. This item sent does not have that capability.

After writing in yet again to complain, they would not accept my return, and send me the correct item. Instead, they offered me a USD$3 refund.

To say I'm angry with this company and it's customer service is an understatement. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

like others i ordered the high power stun pen but received an electric arc bbq lighter,it arrived the same day that i got an email from them saying that it was inspected at customs in the USA on same day as i received it,wow how good was that delivered from america and received the same day,
do not go near them scamming bastards.

Fraudulent website and a total scam!!

When you place an order you will receive tracking information; this will regularly update as if an item is moving through the network. At no given time is this information accurate or real. For example: my package shipped from Spain with the first set of tracking that I got.

When you contact customer support they will give you a second set of tracking; this will once again regularly update, but is not actually real. This tracking information has my product shipping from China.

When I contacted customer support they locked me out of my account, and claimed that USPS had my package. When I check the tracking information with USPS, it never existed.
