Jacket very badly made in a very poor quality fabric. The embroidery pulls the jacket out of shape. The shoulders aren’t properly inset. Avoid!

I think it's very odd that this company has been in existence since 2013 (according to its website)...but there wasn't any mention of it on Trust Pilot. In fact I had to add the company in order to leave my review.
This company has a large social media presence and it's products looked beautiful and I kept missing out on the piece I wanted with the website stating "out of stock - email to be notified of restock" - so I clicked and was finally notified a few months later.
So I finally order the piece I've been coveting for a while. I should say it was a pre-order. For February....this was in December! But I thought...it's apparently handmade and its stunning, so its worth the wait. I've waited months for it already, why not a couple more.
So February comes and goes and I hear nothing. I email for an update and as if by magic I recieve a response, seemingly sent to all preorder customers, asking us to be patient, and blaming a factory closure (red flag).
Then another update midmarch to say there was no update but there was a "schedule" attached called "Chat GPT Timeline" alleging that there was a dispatch due 27 March. (another red flag - what professional outfit wouldn't know to remove the "Chat GPT" part of this supposedly official attachment!)
On 28 March I sent another email saying basically - "where is the update? I'm growing concerned about the disorganised approach here."
I recieved a very quick reply to say there was an issue at customs?But its supposed to be a company based in London? (red flag 3!)
Red flags all over the show and its now nearly April and no sign of my purchase. Im raising a chargeback case with PayPal if I don't hear back from this "company" in the next 7 days.
However, I suspect this is a scam company and I urge people to avoid. I will update this feedback if the company surprises me and actually delivers what I paid for.
Edit - I recieved another bizarre email from the company, again with another Chat GPT attachment suggesting dispatch of 30 April! Again, this is something I bought in December for FEBRUARY.
I raised a case through PayPal and was refunded immediately.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
