I ordered a 3ft dolphin vinyl mat for the bottom of my pool. I placed it where I wanted it. By the next am, it was at the bottom of the deep end. I was quite disappointed so I called and talked to one of your sales rep and asked him about the 6 ft killer whale that I wanted to buy. He ASSURED that the weight of the whale would keep it in a place. NO IT DOESN'T stay either! It was at the bottom of the deep.

I want a refund for both of the mats. They don't work for what I needed them for! I spent $150 for nothing! Send me a label so I can ship them back to you.

I am shocked at the terrible customer service I have received after placing my order. No response from emails or phone messages at all. In fact, their voice mail for customer service is constantly full so you cannot leave a message half the time. Never again!!

Placed an order over $500 on 4/2 and am yet to receive any updates. LVM on 4/15 and send email on 4/16. Customer service is non-existent.

This is my story. I’m a huge WoO fan, so wanted to give you guys some business for supporting the sport that I love. I placed a order of you legal sized boards of my favorite WoO driver David Gravel. They showed up at my house last Friday! Couldn’t wait to open the box and see them in person, that’s when things started going south. They came damaged on every corner! Plus the have a defect in on edge the entire length of one board. I’ve place a call to your company twice and sent an email with pictures to your customer support, one full week later and I’ve heard nothing from you. You can’t leave a message, because mailboxes are full and still no response to the emailed photos. I’m sorry but was hoping for more than this!?

I purchased 2 underwater pool mats. They were described as sinking and staying on the bottom of the pool. Unfortunately, both of the ones I received are very light weight, did go to the bottom of the pool once we forced them down, however they move easily without any human intervention. They don’t stay in place and one of the main reasons I purchased them was to cover a stain in the bottom of my pool. They look fairly nice in the water but continue to move which they shouldn’t and have even flipped over so the printed side isn’t even showing. This even happens when no one is in the pool.

Price wise not sure they can't be beat. Quality wise you can definitely get better elsewhere. The finish wasn't bag ready. I had to sand the boards by hand before they could be used.

I ordered the dolphin pool mat. I’m using it not only as a great pool decor but a covering of a blemish in the bottom of my pool. It’s looks amazing! I recommend these bottom pool decorations.

When you order, they don't tell you they don't have the corn hole you ordered. Two weeks later when I email to find out if it has even shipped, they say they don't have it and don't know when they will get it. Beware they have two sites, Slick Woodys and Trex. Both send the exact same email from the exact same person and both keep your money until you inquire when it will ship.

My boards are not finished, and damaged. Definitely not the quality I was expecting for the price I paid.
