The boards are well built.. Great looking..just what I was looking for.. the bags aren't as good but. Ordered others..

I purchased their Laser Focus Limited Edition Pro Bags and could not be happier. These bags feel and throw perfect! Incredibly happy so far with their products.

Bags seem to be good quality. I felt shipping was a bit slow but worth the wait. I will come back for more equipment.

I should have read reviews before ordering as many echo my sentiment. It sounds like they keep very limited or no stock at all on hand. I waited a week and heard nothing about my order. I called the number and chose each of the 6 prompt options all voicemails boxes were full or not taking messages aside from one unrelated prompt. I was able to leave a voice message. The gentleman sent an email to the correct department then they contacted me. They had no idea when the order would ship so I cancelled and opted for a refund. This process took 2 weeks. In the age of Amazon and online companies with good customer service this company falls outside the standard expectation one has for online purchases (failure to update on order and/or delays, failure to reach anyone in a timely manner, etc).

To their credit I was able to be refunded after 2 weeks.

Very pleased with my personalized chairs for a wedding couple. Went the extra mile and made a card to put in the box when they opened them with what I wanted it to say. Chairs very well made. The couple loves them.

I was hopeful for this company as they were offering a unique weatherproof cornhole set I was looking for. I get there are supply chain issues, but that should be told to customers upfront, or communicated to them without the need of them reaching out to find out there was a delay for an unknown time frame.

No matter how hard a company tries, they’re bound to not always meet goals and expectations that may be set. When, however, expectations are not met as planned, the reaction to the problem at hand and the ability to resolve that missed expectation are what differentiates the really good companies from the rest. Such a hiccup happened on my order with Slick Woody’s, and there response to my problem showed a deep concern for resolving the issue at hand and proved to me that not only do they build a great product, they as well are concerned about their customers and are a great company overall.

Haven’t received an update since order placed 4 weeks ago. Seems premature to send a survey when merchandise not even received.

Wrong bags sent. Sent 8 of 1 color. Getting this fixed is like pulling teeth!!!

We bought our son a cornhole set for his birthday. The quality is great, even better than our own set. He liked the built in "handles" so he can transport it easily. Great quality, quick delivery and large selection make this a great company to buy from.
