It wasn't exactly what I thought I was ordering. Your description makes it difficult to really tell. I thought I was ordering more of a comforter but it will serve the purpose.

I placed this order on your Sleep Zone…
I placed this order on your Sleep Zone website. I did not know and your company did not inform me that your shipping company is Amazon. Having said that my package was not delivered by the post office and I had to physically go to the Post Office and pick up the package after I had paid you to have it delivered to my home at the proper address
I strongly suggest and recommend that any new perspective customers who are interested in buying Sleep Zone products absolutely do not purchase any sleep tone products because they are improperly processed by Amazon requiring your customer to extend money to have to go track and pick up these packages. As far as I'm concerned Sleep Zone has a fraudulent and scandalous shipping practice of your products via Amazon. Please do not purchase any Sleep Zone products. I do not want you to be victimized like myself by Sleep Zone and Amazon.
Additionally I also sent Sleep Zone an email requesting that day pay me the $51 that I have to pay for taxi to and from my home to pick up this package from the post office. Neither Sleep Zone nor Amazon responded.End of Statement.
After reading Sleep Zone response does not address the issue that I had to pay an additional $51 in taxi fees to go pick up a package from the post office that was improperly delivered by their shipper Amazon. I have had trouble with Amazon previously and never have reordered again from them in several years because of the same type of problems. I will never order anything again from you Sleep Zone because you use Amazon as your shipper and the result is evident that I had to pay an additional $51 to go pick up my package. Your response is frivolous.
I strongly suggest and highly recommend that no one purchase any product from Sleep Zone in the future for this reason. Sleep Zone does not give notice that your products are being shipped by Amazon and customers are fully unaware that their products are being shipped through Amazon. This is fraudulent. In addition this is unprofessional and poor customer service relations making your customers be the victim for your unprofessionalism and ensuring that they receive your products if they have paid for. Do not order any Sleep Zone products. I don't want you to be victimized like I was.

We are sorry about your situation. To be honest, we have never had a package not delivered to our customers' home addresses. As you stated, the package should have been sent out from our Amazon warehouse and shipped to your home address by USPS. There was an automated standard procedure, and Sleep Zone, as the seller did not have control over it. Please understand that we were just as confused as you are right now.
Please give us some time to figure out what exactly happened to the carrier and we will get back to you again.

I recently moved in with my sister and her husband and they like to sleep at a much higher temp at night then i am used to. I was not sleeping well so i ordered this comforter and pillow duvet and I slept so well the first night I was able to use the set. It is so soft and cool to the touch. I was worried that it would not retain enough body heat and be to cold but that was not the case. I was able to cool down enough to sleep but not freeze.

Cooling aspect just didn't work
It was a well-made mattress pad, and if I just bought it for that I would give it a five-star review. However, I bought it specifically because it was titled a "cooling" mattress pad, and in that regard it failed completely. It actually made me feel hot. Might be nice in the winter, but really not what I was looking for.
