I am the long-time user who has been relying on their products for several years, I was thrilled to hear about the new version of Go2Sleep.I like the updated app version, especially the way sleep data is presented. It looks much better than the old version.

It works well

Over the years, I've tried quite a few sleep trackers, and they've all performed well to some extent, but they seem to lack some key features. However, SLEEPON might be the best integrated service I've found. This tracker not only detects sleep patterns, blood oxygen levels, and heart rate, but now it can also monitor blood sugar levels—truly a significant advancement.

Horrible device and app

I was a fan of my Sleepon2 so I was excited to get the new Sleepon3.

I couldn't be more disappointed or disgusted!

This device an app are buggy. The recording of sleep is often cut short or not recorded at all.

And as far as the ability to record blood glucose? In a month of use I've just been able to achieve 3 readings! And when and if you get a reading the result range of probability is wide making results meaningless!

Stick with 2 and save money and frustration!

Blood Glucose Monitoring:
Our glucose monitoring technology is based on PPG (photoplethysmography) signal acquisition. While it doesn't provide exact blood glucose values, it offers a range estimate. Based on data from 500 subjects, the accuracy is around 84.7%, with a sensitivity of 81.05%, specificity of 88.35%, and precision of 87.51%. Please note that our product is a consumer electronic device and does not have FDA certification, so the readings are meant for personal health monitoring and not clinical diagnosis.

If you're having difficulty getting consistent readings, it may help to ensure the device is positioned correctly and tightly on your finger, as this can impact the signal acquisition. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out with your user account number, and we will have our backend engineers investigate the problem further.

BTW,Regarding the blood glucose monitoring feature, please note that obtaining a result may take between 5 to 10 minutes. It's essential that the SLEEPON 3 app remains open throughout the entire test. If the app is closed or interrupted during this period, the test may not complete successfully.

We recommend trying the following steps to ensure the process works smoothly:

Ensure your device is properly connected to the app before testing.
Keep the app open during the entire 5-10 minute testing window.
Avoid any interruptions, such as app closures or phone sleep mode.

Sleep Recording Issues:
The sleep recording problem may be due to a time sync issue. If the tracker runs out of battery and then gets recharged, it resets the internal time, leading to inaccurate data recording. To prevent this, before starting your sleep monitoring, please reconnect the device to the app to sync the time. This should ensure accurate sleep data recording throughout the night.

Horrible experience

tried the mouth guard for four weeks to the day. I really gave it a chance but my mouth was too sensitive and I developed mouth sores. It did not stop my snoring at all. Didn’t even improve it. What upsets me the most is that this company is not true to their word. I requested a refund and I was told it was 30 days from purchase. I recieved the product on 8/21/24 and requested a return on 9/16/24 they said no because it was purchased on 8/15/24 however it was t delivered until 8/21/24. Therefore I did not have it more than a month. Don’t waste your money.

Steps to know if M2 works for you ?
Hold M2 in your right hand in a ‘C’ position and place your thumb and index finger on the upper tray over the word “PUSH” Do not rest your fingers on the bottom tray.
While pushing on both sides of the device, use your other hand to push or pull the bottom tray to the desired setting. The adjustment will lock into place when you release your fingers from the word “PUSH”.
Ensure both sides of the device indicate the same adjustment setting.

Sleepon3 initial review very positive.

Received the Sleepon3 sleep monitoring ring device yesterday. Setup was easy with my iPhone 14. Used the device as directed on my index finger with no issues. I found the ring gave vast sleep data to the iPhone app that I found quite amazing. How accurate the data is for someone else to evaluate. I'm not sure how long the internal battery actually lasts but the charging pad makes recharging effortless. Apple should learn something from this company on recharging devices. So far I'd give this device an "A" grade.

Can't connect to device from app

The app that connects to the device doesn't work and loses connection with the device. As a result, the device is useless. On top of that, you can't get a refund unless you don't open the device and ship it to China at your own expense you basically can't get a refund

Spam, scam

Well they are supposed to have a HRV functionality. Their site recommands Elite HRV. Their support (beit sales or technical) is just incapable to provide specifications of Sleepon HRV metrics or charts, which are just useless).
Oh well, around 6 months of sales ads spam, repeated announcements about a 3.0 new APP to push these sales. Was launched 15th may, they said. 27th may and what a surprise : no new APP in the Stores.

Update 10/10/2024 - I had given Sleepon 3 App a try early august 2024. Same problem. HRV has tons of metrics : the metric used by Sleepon remains not speficied, not a word in the manuals, FAQ, or in the App/Web dashboard. A 20 USD chinese watch has Poincaré or Lorenz plot, RMSSD metric, in-App HRV guidance.

Sleepon M2 Anti-snoring device is JUNK.

Anti-snoring device is not made for a human being, doesn't come close to fitting. I have bought them before at drug stores and they fit perfectly. The product page has no warning about this, nor how they deal with it, which is to offer half a refund. This is ridiculous given the high price of this piece of junk. Stay away from this unethical company. BTW, my mouth and teeth are average in shape and symmetry. Shameful.

UPDATE:
After receiving a response to my review a year later, I reached out to the email below. It doesnt exist. I reached out to the customer service line, they said they wont help as my order is over a year old. I told them to involve this "Max" who has been nothing short of useless. The message below is a farce. They are as much of a scam as my initial review indicated. Do not waste your money.

Avoid. Ordered a ring. Did receive it but it's unuseable, the battery doesnt last the night! No reply from their customer service so have disputed the payment with the bank.

Go2sleep 3 :A fully charged product typically lasts about 10 hours.

In the 3.0 upgrade, our monitoring data has been increased from the previous minute monitoring to the second monitoring,
so the time required to transfer sleep data from the server to the phone has significantly increased, sometimes it takes 5 to 10 minutes, please understand.

Similarly, due to this reason, the power consumption rate of the product is also increased. Many customers do not know this reason, and interrupt the process when the data is transmitted, often resulting in no data on the phone.

So please ensure not interrupt the sync process and put the item back to the charge dock to make sure it is full of charge while working.In addition, make sure that the ring is not loose or tight and does not fall off at work.otherwise , data may be missing.

Absolute scam, with no customer service/follow-up - a huge mistake to order from these scammers.

and the reason? well I had to send about 10 emails to get a response and then you made me take a video of the defective product, since you didn't believe it was the product's fault.

And after another round of emails, you finally asked me to send it back to you, providing a wrong US address...and on went the odyssey...

No issues with delivery or customer service

I have had no issues with customer service from Sleepon. They have been responsive and addressed my concern in a timely manner. I had no issues receiving the product either. I am sorry to see that other's may not have had the same experience, but my experience with them was great.

Emailing support is useless. They apologize for the inconvenience and promise to find a solution... to be silent for months.
Then say they can only refund if you return the item (which they never sent)... feels like scam to me

I think I was scammed

CAUTION – This pseudo-US company hides behind one-line answers from China

Essence: To state that I was scammed is the most suitable expression for what Sleepon did. If you want to know details, continue reading, but the recommendation is pretty short, stay away!

The story
I bought the sleep tracker for 119 USD. I won’t dive into the numerous bugs and hiccups surrounding app and product here, but rest assured, I could fill another two pages about this.
After a little less than 4 weeks of usage, the device’s Bluetooth stopped working, rendering the product useless. Needless to say that I charged, re-charged, and installed, re-intalled the app and tried to connect via three other devices to make sure it is the product, not my cell’s problem.

This is when the mind-numbing odyssey with the so-called “customer service” of Sleepon started. Here in short:

1. Email with problem statement to Sleepon – no response
2. Reminder sent to Sleepon – no response
3. Another reminder to Sleepon
4. Finally a response – wow how elaborate
a. “Please confirm that the Bluetooth permission forSleepon app was turned on in iPhone Settings( Try to turn the Bluetooth settings off and turn it on again)
5. I replied and assured Sleepon that this mind-boggling solution has crossed my mind and I have done all I could.
6. Sleepon reply ( caution, this turns ridiculous very fast) – “You mean the bluetooth is not working for all the devices?”
7. I reiterated, kindly asking to read my previous emails
8. Sleepon reply – incredible, after all the explanation, now they need a video, how about asking for it in the beginning?! Also, they add the paid product review on youtube, as if I didn’t know how to use it after a month – as said, Bluetooth didn’t work – so much for reading emails
a. “Please send me the video recording of the problem you are facing,Also, here is the video on how you can use the device”
9. I sent the video clearly showcasing the problems
10. Sleepon reply – incredible again – what can I say, where is the common sense…
a. Thank you for sharing the video. Please uninstall and reinstall the App.
b. Please follow these steps to check your device and your phone:
c. 1. Make sure that your device can be charged with the flashing light.
d. 2. Check the settings of your Android phone to see if Bluetooth and location permission are turned on.
e. 3. Verify that the device was connected to another phone. If it was, please unbind it.
11. I sent another two emails calling for someone to please read and try understand a relatively simple matter. Honestly, I couldn’t be any more constructive even if I wanted, I really tried.
12. Sleepon reply:
a. “Hi, Since you are not satisfied with the device let me know what best we can do for you to prove that we provide the best customer support
Thank you!”

13. Me: a. Dear Sleepon Team,
b. I understand that you are a young company trying your best. However, it took quite an effort, not for the first time, to deal with a straightforward issue. Nine emails to simply communicate about a product - that seems to be dysfunctional - is simply not professional.
14. Sleepon: “Thank you for your response and for your kind words. How about we provide you with the partial refunds and you don't have to return the device?”

15. My reply – in essence, are you serious? What should I do with a broken product and a “partial refund” - I sent a full page email with all details and kind words, again.
16. This is Sleepon's answer, short, rude and unbelievable:
Here are the details to return the package.

There you have it. Be the judge.
FYI the responder operates in the Asian time zone only, telling from the timing of the replies.
Sleepon, I sincerely hope that “companies” like yours face their justice.

This unit is very interesting.

This unit is very interesting. It seems to measure quite a bit about your sleep habits and via the phone app, graphs out your night. You wear the unit on your finger as you sleep. I was definitely aware of the unit, so I found it annoying to sleep with. I’m sure you’d get used to it in time, though. It’s very lightweight,less than 10g as they said and unobtrusive. I’m not sure how accurate it is or how I would measure that so I guess I’ll take its word for it. It provides a great deal more data than other sleep monitors I’ve used.
