Quality Service & Product
Delivery was prompt and I am pleased with how this pillow has helped my sleep - I am a side sleeper with neck issues and face creases from how I usually rest. This seems to be helping with both of those things.

Dear Shawna,
Thank you for sharing your experience – we truly appreciate it!
We're so happy to hear that delivery was prompt and, more importantly, that your pillow is already helping with both your neck issues and those morning face creases.
That's exactly why we created the Omnia pillow – to support your neck while gently reducing pressure on your face, so you can wake up feeling rested and looking refreshed.
Thank you again for trusting Sleep&Glow. Wishing you many more restful nights!

Dear Laetitia,
Thank you for your review!
We're glad to hear that your ordering experience went smoothly and that the pillow feels comfortable.
Here's a quick guide on how to determine the top and bottom of the pillow:
- Find the tag: Look at the pillow itself. On one of the bolsters (the thicker one), you'll find a sewn-in fabric care tag.
- Let the tag guide you: The side where the tag is located is the top of the pillow.
- Check the bolster position: When you place the pillow correctly (with the tag facing up), the thinner bolster will be at the bottom – resting comfortably under your neck. The thicker bolster (with the tag) will be positioned at the top, above your head.
Feel free to reach out to us at info@sleepandglow.com or order@sleepandglow.com if you need any help — we're always here!
Place your order - you won't regret it!
I've been using the side sleeper beauty pillow for at least 3 years now and it not only keeps my face from getting 'smushed' during the night, it keeps my neck aligned and helps prevent pain in my neck and shoulder area. When I travel, I can't wait to get home to my Sleep & Glow pillow. When I needed new pillowcases recently, ordering online was a breeze and my new cases were here within days. Great company with great products!!! Thank you!

excellent product!
I had an issue with the Copper pillow case, and the customer service was impeccable! I now am enjoying the pillow, not only for maintaining my hair and skin, but also helping to maintain my neck and shoulder comfort. The silk pillow cases are buttery soft and lovely. Well worth the investment.

The Omnia Copper Skin Defense Pillow
I purchased The Omnia Copper Skin Defense Pillow. I am very happy with the purchase. Not only the pillow helps to prevent wrinkles it provides excellent neck support. Since I've used the pillow I noticed that I have a lot less breakouts on my face and recently I have been struggling with face break-outs. Great pillow recommended by many dermatologists.

Luxurious sleep and smooth skin with the Omnia + Japanese Garden Silk! 🌸
I am absolutely in love with my Sleep & Glow Omnia pillow and my Japanese Garden silk case! I’ve been sleeping so deeply and waking up feeling truly refreshed. As a side sleeper, the Omnia is beyond incredible. The unique side cutouts are genius… they keep the pressure off my face, so I don't wake up with those deep sleep creases or morning puffiness anymore. It’s a relief to look in the mirror and see smooth skin instead of 'squashed' marks. The orthopedic design also provides perfect neck support, keeping my spine aligned and preventing morning stiffness. The Japanese Garden silk pillowcase is the ultimate luxury. It is made from high-quality mulberry silk that is unbelievably soft against my skin and keeps my hair from getting tangled or frizzy overnight. Beyond the beauty benefits, the design is stunning… it adds such an elegant, serene touch to my bedroom. This combination feels like a nightly spa treatment. If you’re looking for better sleep and a morning glow, this is worth every penny. I’ll never go back to a regular pillow

Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that the pillow did not meet your expectations and felt too firm for you.
We never refuse a return when it falls within our return policy. Due to a high volume of inquiries, it can sometimes take us longer than usual to respond, and we are truly sorry for the delay you experienced.
As stated on our website: "The refund does NOT apply to extra pillowcases bought in addition to the pillows." For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of pillowcases, even if they are unused and in their original packaging. We understand your frustration, and we are very sorry that your experience with us has been disappointing.
If your return has not yet been processed, please reach out to us at order@sleepandglow.com, and we will do our best to help.
If you ever decide to try our other products in the future, we would be happy to welcome you back.
Thank you for your understanding.

Most unprofessional company I have ever come across
I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but instead of processing the cancellation, the company proceeded to ship the item anyway.
After receiving the product, I requested a return well within their stated 20-day return period. However, instead of providing a return label, the company has repeatedly avoided my request and tried to redirect me with irrelevant questions and offers of replacement products.
To be clear: I am not interested in a replacement. I am exercising my right to return the item and receive a refund.
This experience shows a concerning pattern — ignoring cancellation requests, shipping orders regardless, and then delaying or obstructing the return process.
Under EU consumer protection rules, customers have the right to withdraw from online purchases, and companies should not create unnecessary barriers to refunds.
If this issue is not resolved promptly by providing a return label, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate European consumer protection channels.
I hope the company resolves this situation quickly and professionally.

A great pillow design
The Omnia pillow shape is great for resting a neck and even sleeping on a side.
I’ve also bought 3 silk pillow cases as the pillow has an unique shape. while the price of the case is quite high end, it feels very soft and colours are sophisticated.

Doppio acquisto, molto soddisfatta
