Sleep and glow is a scam company
Sleep and glow is a scam company. They would not honor my request to not send the pillow after I saw many one star reviews. People, please do not believe the good reviews, and read the one star reviews where the company stonewalls you (as they did me) and for the customers that opened the box(I did not because it came from OnTrac whom does not take refused packages) and I contacted my credit card company telling them the company would not give a tracking number for weeks and once I told them to refund my money and keep the pillow, they claimed to have sent it but (don't have the tracking just yet) RIGHT! Anyway, once I received it, I contacted them stating I cannot tell whom sent the pillow because they would not acknowledge that it is rom them via email (like legit companies practice) and instead stayed silent. After telling them I contacted my credit card company and want the money returned and asked how to return the item, they said too late. You have the item. I went to the website and it clearly states if you do not want the item within 20 days, you can email them and gave an email. It stated if I ask for their address and am willing to mail the item, they will promptly return the money when they have their item. Well, I did that, and I never opened the box, and will take a picture of the box prior to mailing and all correspondence and I have a great case to get my dispute through my CC company to receive my refund. I adise all you disgruntled consumers to contact the FTC fraud department. Go to AI and they will provide a link. It took me all of 10 minutes to file my dispute. This way, the local officials can have plenty of information to go after fraud.

Love the Sleep and Glow pillow for side sleeping
I had bought a Sleep and Glow pillow a few years ago and loved it. When I was ready for a new pillow, I just didn't want to spend the money on another sleep and glow pillow so I bought many different pillows over a year or so. After being totally unsatisfied with the other pillows, I knew that I needed to buy another Sleep and Glow pillow which I did and I am so happy I did. I am a side sleeper and the sleep and glow pillow is perfect for my neck.

Ja ich bin begeistert. Viel Geld, aber auch viel Wirkung.
Nach 20 Tagen habe ich mich noch nicht ganz an das Aula Kissen gewöhnt, aber ich schlafe deutlich öfter in Rückenlage und selbst seitlich klappt auch ganz gut im Aula Kissen. Der seidenbezug ist klasse.
Bestellvorgamg und Lieferung liefen einwandfrei, besonders gefiel mir das beiliegende Info Heft bezüglich der Gewöhnung

Adaptation difficile pour moi
J'ai acheté l'oreiller Omnia avec deux taies supplémentaires : une en soie et une skin defense cuivre.
Je dors sur le côté et il m'a fallu plusieurs nuits pour m'habituer à maintenir la position adaptée.
Le prix me semble excessif.

Good product but poor delivery
The product (Sleep &Glow Omnia pillow) is expensive but very good. I sleep on my side and it is very comfortable. On the other hand, the delivery was poor. It was delivered to my local post office instead of my home, with no indication. I “found” it there myself with no help from the delivery company. Hence 3 stars (average of 4 or 5 for the product and 0 for the delivery).

I am absolutely delighted with this pillow. I sleep wonderfully and find it incredibly comfortable. It supports my head and neck very well, and I wake up feeling more rested and relaxed.
The shape is unusual at first, but I quickly got used to it and now I cannot imagine going back to a regular pillow. It is soft, supportive and very pleasant to sleep on throughout the night. I also appreciate that I wake up without deep marks on my face.
The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful and feels like a real luxury product. It has genuinely improved my sleeping comfort, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality pillow.

Surprisingly Comfortable & Great Support
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Sleep & Glow. First off, their customer support team is phenomenal—so responsive, helpful, and attentive!
As for the pillow, I’m still in the process of getting used to the unique shape, but I was honestly blown away from night number one. I woke up so surprised by how genuinely comfortable it was right away—I really wasn't expecting that! It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design. Highly recommend!

Ich habe ein Kissen vor einigen Wochen bestellt und bekommen, nachdem ich es ein paar Wochen ausprobiert habe, habe ich feststellen müssen, dass ich durch das Kissen meine Trigeminusneuralgieschmerzen stärker wurden. Mein Arzt sagte, ich solle das Kissen nicht mehr nehmen.
Ich schrieb dem Kunden-Service, dass ich das Kissen zurückschicken möchte, sie mir bitte die Adresse geben soll. Drei Mal ähnliche Email geschrieben, leider kein einziges Mal eine Reaktion erhalten. Ich kann dir yfirma absolut nicht weiterempfehlen

I have the Omnia pillow and it has been great
I have the Omnia pillow and it has truly helped me with my neck pain caused mostly from tech neck. Since I was sleeping on multiple pillows, it took about a week to adjust to sleeping a full night on the Omnia, but now that I’ve adjusted, I love it!

Very happy with both the pillow and the service
I’m really happy with my Sleep & Glow pillow. I haven’t had it for very long yet, but I got used to it surprisingly quickly and found it very comfortable from the start.
I’ve already noticed that I wake up with fewer marks on my face, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
I also have to mention the customer service, which has been absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the pillow and the service. I would definitely recommend Sleep & Glow!

Poor quality
Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience with this pillow. It broke after just three days, and we immediately contacted you asking for a replacement or a refund. Despite sending multiple emails, we have received no response at all. For a product at this price, I expected much better customer service and quality.
