I was a bit hesitant to spend this much on a pillow but was willing to try it due to my persistent neck and back pain. I have to say that after using it for a couple of nights, it has completely eliminated the pain. I don't wake up with my neck and lower back hurting every day. It truly is a great pillow.

I bought their Omnia Hyaluron pillow…
I bought their Omnia Hyaluron pillow but then changed my mind about 10mins after purchase as I wanted to try the Omnia pillow on its own instead.
I emailed the relevant address but within 5-mins had an email telling me the pillow was dispatched.
Then went through a palava trying to return the pillow; they asked me to reject it at the door so the carrier would return it to them FOC, however the carrier actually just dropped it outside my door without ringing as it wasn’t a signed for parcel.
I then had to return it with a £7 delivery fee, despite it saying on the website I would be able to cancel.
Additionally, I bought their Omnia Hyaluron pillow based on the positive Trust Pilot reviews, only to find out they’ve been offering people incentives to write good reviews, which is against the Trust Pilot policy.
The customer service is absolutely not aligned with the extremely expensive price tag on the products they sell, which was a major red flag for me, which is why I didn’t purchase the Omnia pillow alone after returning the Hyaluron product.
I wouldn’t go as far as to say the company is a scam, but I’m not sure it’s that far off either.
I never tried the product as it was returned for a refund - this review is based on the customer service & deceptive marketing of the product, ie providing incentives for good reviews.

Fast order fulfillment, and the pillow was well-protected during transit. I rate the product itself 5 stars. From the very first night, I got used to sleeping mostly on my back, and sleeping on my side is also very comfortable. After a few weeks of use, you can definitely see the results. In my case, the wrinkles around my eyes have diminished. I highly recommend it and have zero regrets about this purchase!

Plus de plis de sommeil
Après avoir longtemps hésité j'ai commandé l'oreiller Omnia car je me levais le matin avec des ridules et des plis autour de la bouche et parfois sur les pommettes (je dors sur le côté).
L'adaptation à l'oreiller s'est faite rapidement, c'est confortable.
Bonus : mes extensions de cils tiennent plus longtemps.

Omnia pillow amazing for side sleeper
The Omnia pillow is unreal, I love it so much already. As a side sleeper it’s really comfortable and the silk pillowcase is sooo nice. Customer service was also super helpful when I had a question!! 10/10

After months of research I finally…
After months of research I finally bought my first sleep & glow omnia pillow and 2 silk pillow cases. The delivery was quick and my pillow finally arrived last week. Since one week I sleep on the omnia without any problems. From the first night my experience was exeptioned. My sleep is perfect now and the pillow holds its‘ promise. My face is relaxed in the morning and my skin has never looked more glowy. The pillow is comftable to sleep on. The curved shape allows your face to relax at night and your skin to stay unwrinkled.
The cooling effect of the omnia pillow works and night sweating is not the case anymore. I recomend the omnia sleep & glow 100%.

20 days is not long enough to evaluate this pillow. I kept trying to love it and I thought I had 30 days. Also the seams in the pillowcases leave a mark on your face. Would not recommend.

I’m very happy with the Sleep & Glow…
I’m very happy with the Sleep & Glow Omnia pillow. It really helps prevent my face from being pressed against the pillow, so I wake up without the usual sleep marks. It takes a little getting used to, but the adjustment is quite easy. I also had a great experience with customer service. I made a mistake with my order and they resolved it quickly and kindly, without any fuss. Overall, the pillow does exactly what I was looking for, and I would recommend it.

Delivery with royal mail wasn’t best they’ve „attempt” 3 times to deliver my parcel.
Please change shipping company
I’m giving this pillow 3 stars for now because it has a very strong chemical smell. I’ve tried airing it out and properly ventilating it, but unfortunately, the smell hasn’t gone away so far.
I contacted customer service, and they kindly offered to send me a replacement. I’ll update my review after receiving and trying the replacement pillow.
Hopefully, the new one will be better.
