I’ve had a very positive experience with SleekFlow so far. There are three main areas where they really stand out:
Exceptional Support: The team is incredibly responsive. Whenever I have a concern or a specific inquiry, they are right there to help me navigate it, which gives me a lot of confidence in the platform.
User-Friendly Interface: The UI is clean and intuitive. It didn't take long for me to get comfortable with the layout, making my daily workflow much smoother.
Easy Automation: Setting up automation flows can often be a headache, but SleekFlow makes it quite easy to handle. It’s straightforward to build out logic that actually works for my needs without needing a deep technical background.
Overall, it's a solid tool that has definitely simplified our communication processes!
GOOD FOR BUSINESS

It is honestly unbelievable that such a terrible program even exists.
Sending templates is a nightmare — you have to search for the country prefix by the domestic country name, which makes absolutely no sense and wastes time.
Customer support is practically non-existent. It takes them days to respond, and when they do, the answers are often completely off-topic and unhelpful.
On top of all that, pricing is extremely non-transparent and ends up being much higher than advertised.
They have promissed me i WILL have an onboarding. Never happened.
I have been promissed to be able to connect with make.com. Not possible.
I have been promissed I will have carrousel image template messages. Also not possible...
Lying scam company, asked money up front and then simply disapeared.
Overall, this is one of the most frustrating and disappointing software experiences I’ve had. Avoid.
Edit: they turn off messaging service in the middle of the sunday before previous warning…

the service is very very bad. Many customer gets a bad impression upon using. Not recommended for service oriented.

Seem they constantly improve the app and always introduce new features. Its quite useful to manage the chats with customers.

Super Lousy app, will never use their service again. Require u to relogin all the time and miss notifications frequently. Got a stupid non refundable policy if u subscribe for 1 year and need at least 30 days advance notice to unsubscribe. Make sure your subscription is not on auto renewal.

Sleekflow FAILED to meet the basic standard!
SleekFlow failed to meet the basic standard of a decent app. What is good about SleekfFow if this app automatically logout from your S24 Samsung phone every day, and you have to pay a few hundred dollars extra to gain their WhatsApp CS support but in the end realised you're actually paying extra to become their app tester. Sleekflow has a lousy user interface, consistently log out resulting in user not able to be notified of incoming chat. Yes, they do have an efficient support team (I paid extra approx. RM400 per month for that) yet an ineffective one as they are not able to solve the most basic technological problem. The worst is, user gets frustrated having to collect log for the tech team every single day and forced to stay with Sleekflow as user can't effortlessly change provider due to ongoing contract and also the cons of switching. SleekFlow is a WABA service provider that cannot even meet the basic standard of a decent app. SleekFlow is definitely not at the forefront of innovative tech as claimed in their press statement.

This platform helps me a lot in managing chats. It is really convenient and useful.
User friendly UI, Reduced CS team Workload
Have been using sleekflow for about half a year, they have a user friendly UI so my team could adapt fast and easily. The team don’t have to passing phone around to handle conversations with client. It greatly reduced their workload and make things much more transparent now.
