Isaac was excellent in his communication. He shared his personal cell and was very attentive in his responses to my questions.
The ring I ordered is spectacular and my fiancee is going to simply love it!

I worked directly with Isaac throughout the process of getting an engagement ring. He was very informative and keep me up to date on the entire process. I would definitely recommend using Slate & Tell. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and couldn’t be happier!

My husband ordered me a new wedding set. White gold with 6ct center stone, also ordered 2 bands that they custom made specifically for my ring. Absolutely perfect!! I am more than happy. Isaac stayed in communication with me through the entire process with updates, questions etc. I can’t say enough good things. I am just overjoyed.

I would give Slate & Tell zero stars if I could. I paid approximately $1,200 for a ring, and within 24 hours it turned my fiancée’s finger green. We took it to an independent jeweler and were told the ring/materials were not what we believed we had purchased.
What makes it worse is that I sent nearly 20 emails trying to resolve this, and they went unanswered. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank, file a small-claims lawsuit, and hire a collection company to recover my money. Even the collection company’s attempts to contact them went unanswered.
I gave this company every opportunity to make things right. Instead, I’ve had to go through banks, courts, and collections over a $1,200 purchase.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone before purchasing from Slate & Tell.

Isaac, you never responded to the countless emails, the small-claims correspondence, or my repeated attempts to resolve this directly with you.
I ordered the ring in January and didn't even receive it until more than two months later because of repeated delays. Within 24 hours of receiving it, I contacted you asking for a full refund and specifically asked where I needed to return the ring. From that point forward, my emails were repeatedly ignored.
You had countless opportunities to address this privately and chose not to. It wasn't until I posted a public review that suddenly I received a response within hours.

I had an issue with the engagement ring I had purchased. I drove it upto the store from out of state, met with the owner, and had it fixed and back to me within a hour. Unbelievable. Excellent customer service that puts the customer first, I highly recommend slate and tell.

I ordered a ring and they made it. Only problem was it was the wrong band and I was in a huge time crunch. They reached out via phone and told me, they remade the ring and 2 day shipped it to me to no extra cost. The ring looks great, and it came with a whole spec sheet on the rings legitimacy. Pretty great customer service from Isaac, would recommend.

I initially ordered a ring that, upon reflection, I wanted to go a different direction as the design wasn’t perfectly aligned with our vision. So, I looked to cancel the order.

After receiving a call from the owner, Issac Gad, and discussing what I wanted, they designed the exact ring I desired! This effort was painless. Issac communicated at every step and was directly available for questions.

At the end of the process we have the perfect custom designed ring.

Isaac made the whole experience special!! My fiancé helped design the ring from concept to CADs to finish and loved it all. We were led through the fun process with quick responses, turnarounds, and more.. It was always done with a smile and we have complete confidence in Isaac. He has a customer and friend for life as we could not have asked for more or imagined a better person to help us. The communication, ordering, price, and service was and still is outstanding!!!! I recommend them to everyone as you will feel as satisfied as we are!!!

I had a great experience. Since I got a personalized item it takes a bit longer. Well it shipped and was at a stand still for a couple days. I contacted customer service and they looked into but unfortunately could not track down my item or find out what happened to it. So they started a replacement order and I received email updates throughout the process. They did a rush on it and I received it in a couple weeks. Overall I am so happy with my item! I looked at so many options from other businesses but it was Slate & Tell that had exactly what I wanted. I was bummed out that the first one was lost and had to wait for the replacement, but it was so worth it. Thank you Slate & Tell for your beautiful work and help/experience through this process.

Slate and Tell were very responsive, transparent and accommodating when it came to my ring. I asked if they can expedite a ring before I left on a trip with my now fiancé and they were willing to work with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about buying from Slate and Tell.
