Abraham has ever been so helpful and will recommend him. He has been response and has made it easier to book a flight for myself and the family.

The customer care service was really nice I spoke to Eve who helped me through booking and she have done a fantastic job. Though I don't recommend Cheap fly shop because I think it is more costly than other siteto book a flight their customer service was really appreciable.

Staff members, Samuel and David were helpful and polite.

David went to the trouble of contacting me to check my booking before confirming it as he realised I booked seat only. He then spent time finding alternative journeys at a reasonable price.

I inadvertently booked a flight for my elderly mum without checked baggage. I called cheapfly shop late evening ( not holding out much hope of being answered). Abraham was my operator. It's like paying upfront for a flight request. Don't expect immediate confirmation/tickets. If your flight is no longer available after completing payment you go onto a waiting list to see if the flights come down in price. After calling several times to get an update on my booking I managed to get things sorted with the help of Abraham. Thanks again for sorting things out for me.
