Very easy to use! The website is simple, clear, and makes it easy to compare different flights and find the best options. I had a great experience using Skyscanner.

Skyscanner allowed me to quickly and efficiently search for my flight options and within 15 minutes I was booked. Equally, the price was reasonable. It was the perfect app for my needs.

prices do not match, App glitches

The prices do not match with the price indicated in the providers in their app or website. For example from May 22 to June 1 Toronto to Veracruz round trip flight, shows $698 CAD in skyscanner whereas in the provider’s page atleast $1084 Canadian dollars
Plus, the app glitches when scanning for flights and you switch between other apps in iPhone, and when you switch back to skyscanner it freezes and closes after several seconds.

As we don't set prices ourselves, we can't guarantee the prices of airlines and travel agents. We make every effort to ensure the information you see on Skyscanner is accurate and up to date; however, prices can change frequently with availability.

Very occasionally, there can also be a problem with the prices being passed through to us by a provider, or there are technical reasons why the price is not represented accurately. We are constantly working on improving the accuracy of our prices, which is, of course, in our own interests as well as our users'.

Having said that, we will contact you directly via email to gather more details regarding the price increase that you've encountered and the glitch on the app, and assist you further - please check your inbox.

I purchased 4 airline tickets

I purchased 4 airline tickets to Scotland, got a price including luggage, entered everyone’s information.
When I went to check out, the price was$500 plus more. What a scam, rip-off.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a price increase on the travel provider's site after finding your flights on Skyscanner.

To provide some context, Skyscanner is a travel search engine, so we don't handle any bookings ourselves. Once you have found the flight option on our platform, you are redirected to your chosen travel provider's site to finalise the booking and make the payment with them directly. 

As a travel search engine, Skyscanner does not set or control the pricing either. Instead, we receive the pricing information directly from the airlines and travel agents and display this on their behalf. The prices shown on Skyscanner include estimates of all mandatory taxes and charges, and we make every effort to ensure the information you see is accurate and up to date. It is worth mentioning that some travel providers may charge for optional extras such as baggage, seat reservations and travel insurance.

Flight pricing is also dynamic and can change rapidly based on traveller demand, availability and airline pricing strategies, for example. The final booking price, including any selected extras, should always be displayed on the travel provider's site before the payment is made.

Absolutely fantastic site.

Absolutely fantastic site.
Gives you many many choices for flights and wherever it directs you that particular company does everything to make your experience pleasant.
Highly recommend Skyscanner for frequent travellers and i will be using them from now on.

Satisfied

It was easy to login, and appreciate the different levels of cost displayed as well as the airline. The ability to note a favorite and then the email to say the cost changes. All very helpful and efficient.

User friendly site, overall prices were reasonable, I am still learning to navigate the internet, and I can figure it out, it must be relatively simple .
