I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding a flight booking made through your website.

- Passenger: Mrs. SANDHYAMOL THANKACHAN
- Date of Birth: 17 July 1989
We are currently facing a significant issue with this booking. Despite having made the payment and received the booking details, we are unable to independently verify the authenticity and current status of the ticket using the provided PNR.
We are also not receiving clear or timely confirmation regarding the booking, and we have been unable to obtain proper assistance regarding the cancellation and refund options.
This situation has caused us considerable stress and inconvenience, particularly because we need to know whether the ticket is genuinely confirmed and what options are available to us if we decide to cancel it.
We therefore request that you urgently:
1. Confirm whether the ticket is genuine and fully confirmed with the airline.
2. Provide us with the airline's booking reference/PNR and ticket number, if different from the booking reference provided by MyTickets.ae.
3. Confirm the current status of the booking directly with the airline.
4. Explain the cancellation options and exact refundable amount available if we cancel the ticket now.
5. Confirm whether any cancellation charges, service fees, or other deductions will apply.
6. Provide us with a copy of the official e-ticket/booking confirmation issued by the airline, if available.
7. Explain why we have been unable to verify the booking and why we have not received clear confirmation or support despite making payment.
We would appreciate an urgent response, as the delay in receiving clear information is causing us significant inconvenience and may affect our ability to exercise any applicable cancellation or refund rights within the permitted timeframe.
