The frame is Garbage. Have tried multiple times to activate. Very sketchy, non-standard english AI instructions. Minimal, AI generated "Help". No manual or instructions

It’s been 22 days since purchase and I still have not received my skylight calendar. Apparently, according to support, it will arrive on Friday, but the tracking has not been activated yet so I seriously doubt it. Very disappointing.

I just pulled up your order, and I do see where the product is due to be delivered on Thursday, March 26th. Looks like the carrier has it in its possession at this time. It doesn't get delivered to you by Friday, please reach out to me directly so I can get my shipping team involved and see what's going on. We paid for a subscription in full on the day we installed our skylight. We then got charged a full year subscription fee again one month later. Pretty terrible

Any time you purchase a device directly from us, it comes with a 30-day free trial of Plus, then at that time it renews for a year at the full price. I just pulled up your order, and that's exactly what I'm seeing is that you purchased the device on February 13th, 2026. Then on March 14th, 2026, you were charged the auto-renewal of 1-year of Plus at that time.

The Skylight Calendar is a Quality Product
The Skylight calendar is obviously of high quality and incredibly easy to use.
The installation was easy with all required screws and plugs included, even the correct size drill bit!
After switching on for the first time, the on-screen instructions were concise and clear.
I would recommend to anybody needing help organising their social and work lives.
