This online casino is one of the biggest scams I have ever encountered. You will never see your money.

I made a deposit using my card, was lucky enough to win a bit of money, however when trying to withdraw, it became impossible.

I was told i was not allowed to withdraw my money unless I had a minimum of $300, and there was nothing they could do. Absolute scam. Stay far away. Wish I could attach screenshots of the way I was spoken to by their customer support.

Fail verification process

I just thought i was the most unluckiest person ever until i had a closer look

I won $6000, which for a single mum of 4 was a blessing in disguise, and was over the moon. I made a withdrawal, and received confirmation via email stating that my money was being processed. That was on the 18th December 2023, and It is now the 25th January, and still nothing!
I have sent emails almost everyday regarding when I would receive my money, but keep getting sent the same replies, giving false hope. They don’t even read your messages, they just send the same generic replies, just to string u along. This whole experience has been the most stressful and frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced.

Well the games I enjoyed

Well the games I enjoyed. But getting a withdrawal has been impossible and just hit brick walls.
I supplied ID and bank statements and transaction records. They had issue that the transactions need to show the exact amount, the date, the time, and my name. I bank Australia largest bank the Commonwealth. As all Australians would know each transaction doesn't show YOUR name it shows THEIR name. But they insist.
I even gave then a list of all my deposit transactions not just the one they requested. Showing all my payments in order to them, but again not good enough. It seems to me they know your name is not next to the transactions when using Credit card or apple pay and so, they say you have to provide that to avoid verifying you. So Hence, you can never get your money withdrawn.
The other issue is the amount and probably an accounting problem in their system, when you transfer $150 on apple pay, you are deducted $146.66 from your own account because of international transaction fees. yet their system shows you deposited $150 and so, they say the amounts don't match and hence, another reason not to verify you for payment.
I am very sorry to have used this Skycrown casino. I was wary but reports said they were ok, I think differently.

I tried to get the support they offered and it got down to wanting a photo of credit card as well. So now they have drivers license front and back, bank statements and credit card. But…. Still not good enough. I managed to get a transaction to them showing the date and time but of course our banking here doesn’t show the person paying only that company/ person it was paid to. They say they want to improve their processes. I didn’t feel that at all. They still don’t accept my verification without a deposit that shows my name. For some reason a transaction record with my name on it doesn’t meet their criteria. Just dodging dodging dodging. If I ever get paid, which I doubt I will let you know.

RESOLVED happy now. I received a considerable payout. It turns out if you use a shortened name on your registration like I did. Ray instead of Raymond and it doesn’t match your bank account exactly is where the issue is. Sky crown resolved this for me the end and I am completely happy with their site and have been given a personal support person to deal with. Thank you SKYCROWN

Interesting after you actually withdraw, you don’t win anymore. The first 4 weeks I had an awesome time playing. But after a small withdrawal I have only won very small amounts if any at all. $1000 in and of memory have only had 6 wins of $4.00. Be careful guys.

I had winnings totalling nearly 2000…

I had winnings totalling nearly 2000 dollars but as soon as I left the game my account didn’t reflect that, my account history claims I’ve won $0 but unfortunately for them I have about half an hour worth of screen recordings.
The support agent was condescending and would make comments such as “don’t worry so much” or “stay calm” apparently support will be emailing me and there may of been a “technical error” but I call BS!!! IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY I HAVE MADE CONTAXT ONLY TO BE LIED TO AND to be told it was “fun funds” yet when I ask where that option is located they send the same copied and paste replies. Also how can it be fun funds WHEN IT WAS MY OWN DESPOSIT, with no bonuses added!!

They will mess you around with…

They will mess you around with verification , I used Apple Pay to deposit - to verify I sent them screenshots linking my bank to that Apple Pay - screenshots of that exact transaction leaving my bank the same time they would have received it - screenshots of my Apple Pay showing the transaction - none were successful so finally I asked if they could give me an example of what it is they want exactly so I could send it “unfortunately we can not do that” - they couldn’t specify what they wanted - and denied obvious proof I had made the deposits - because I had won and they did not want to pay out. Terrible casino - be warned I put about $10,000 through before finally having a small $3000 win and I couldn’t even withdraw it. Genuinely a scam - avoid avoid avoid

I am newish to online casino.
I needed to verify my phone number to deposit,
When time to withdraw,
Well. I should have read terms and conditions for a day first.
Apparently I need to give enough personal information away to an overseas company that would probably allow them to open a new bank, get a loan, and me pay it back.
I didn't feel comfortable supplying that detailed info to skycrown. Support was average, in the end I decided to blow the winnings, and not give away enough personal information to start a new country.
Would be alot easier if could pay winnings into the account I deposited from.
Not sure why that isn't the safest way to deal business.
I just got the impression that it was a scam from the start.
I will call it a win anyway,
Only lost $300.
A win because my information is still safe.
