This casino will not stop taking unauthorized withdrawals from my account in increments of $1.97.Sometimes its to the value of $5 and other times it could be as high as $19.What amazes me is they manage to take my debit card into debit when there is no money in there and I can not even do that.I have brought the issue up with them several times yet it keeps happening.

The worst casino! I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for 12 days and every withdrawal method I have tried the withdrawal has been cancelled by Sky crown saying it is because of technical issues. They never have technical issues when you make a deposit but every method of withdrawal hasn't worked. Support@skycrown has been useless! I don't think I will ever be able to withdraw my winnings.

Very disappointed, have a lot of great games but when it comes to withdrawing it’s horrible, I have withdrawed 900 and they say it will take 24 hours for the funds to appear in my account, it has now been 3 days and no where to be been, they have said that they are awaiting on my bank to approve the money but I call the bank and they can’t see anything about it? Not sure what the go it but something seems fishy.

Edited to add* The team cancelled my deposit and didn't reply to my request about where my money went then a day later my deposit was credited to my account. So I've upgraded from 1* the experience has been very unpleasant and I doubt I'll play with them again

Much like the last person's review, I too have had nothing short of a painstaking process to withdraw money I won fair and square. It's evident my so called VIP'Manager wants to do anything but help the process. They continue to ask for further documentation for another verification process but, they then ask you for transactions that were made on say, 2pm of the 11 you fjmind fb e they asked for the xe try to get crafty by asking tou for s when i too had a few easy withdrawals earlier this year, my VIP manager was very communicative amd prompt with her Whatsapp replies but, ever since I have made attempts at withdrawing this money it takes up to 14 hours and more just to get a condascending response. She is very short with information when she does finally reply also. I confessed to her my mental illness of chronic PTSD that i'm suffering mental anguish from all this with-holding procedure and she expressed a minor feelingof remorse for me but then proceeded to ask me outright what had i experienced to have contracted the illness which is a very personal to ask anyone. They keep prolonging the procedure because they want me to put the money back through... I can tell you this for certain I will NEVER EVER put a cent through Skycrowns casino EVER AGAIN. Im glad I saw the comments before I signed up. Sitting here everyone's reviews because I'm bored and I definitely believe the people over the company. Looking all the replied as well is mainly copy and paste I assume it's just A.I replying to everyone. I'd like to state that on skycrowns FAQ it claims that "ALL" withdrawals will be processed within an hour most within 15 mins as of now mine is well over that thus is misleading information and should not be advertised by the casino if it cannot adhere to the time frames that they themselves state
Edit . Stay away from this casino as stated many times in reviews withdrawal is a nightmare even after being full verified run you round in circles saying technical error on there end unable to withdraw with the same method you deposit with then ask for more documents to verify new withdraw method they make you use. I've just closed my account with this casino. Be careful, they have a loyalty program to which your rewards ususally automatically gets credited to. But not this casino, they expect you to spend a sh#tload of money and whatever rewards you are entitled to, they will not give it to you until you have completed the wagers of any other bonus and you won't get those rewards until you tell them to which is a total rip off. They do not have an automated process which means you can forget about any bonuses owing to you unless you inquiry. Glad to see the back of this casino.

Avoid at all costs.
You would honestly presume this entire business model is a scam from the ground up. As other reviewers have mentioned withdrawing funds is ridiculous. It's nowhere near as straightforward as you would expect and I was even told that despite depositing cash with my debit card, that withdrawing would be unavailable and that I would have to deposit even more money my actual bank account and jump through more hoops to get THAT payment method verified.
It's an absolute sham.

I had a very bad experience with SkyCrown before and after some months tried them again using Skrill as deposit method and when it came to making my withdrawal, it was quick after they verified my Skrill account. Now, a month later I decided to use SkyCrown again thinking they now have their act together. Deposit made by Skrill and withdrawal to Skrill again. I deeply regret going back to SkyCrown because my withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours. No explanation, nothing from SkyCrown.
I contacted them via LiveChat and a very unhelpful Ashley told me their finance department verifies each cashout and that my cashout is in the queue and i should wait 'a bit longer' which I found very offensive and unprofessional. What is a 'bit longer' What frustrates me is that other websites are transparent and quick with withdrawals. To those who've had successful withdrawals with SkyCrown, they suck you in with 2 or 3 successful withdrawals and then after that they just screw you over and will either cancel your withdrawals demanding further verification or will leave your withdrawal pending hoping you'll cancel it and use the money in their casino.
I want them to respond to me in public why my withdrawal for a couple of hundred dollars is still pending with no explanation almost 72 hours later. Its not like I deposited thousands and I'm trying to withdraw thousands. SkyCrown claim cashouts are processed in order and depending on work load on their finance department. Why are you operating a casino if you can't deal with processing payments on time!! I was assigned a VIP host called "Sam". How convenient that I can't contact "Sam" now.
They will screw you over for a few hundred dollars even if you've been their customer for a while. I've learnt my lesson and after my withdrwal is hopefully processed by SkyCrown, i will stick to more trustworthy sites such as Wildz and Jackpotcity.

Trying to withdraw funds is harder than pulling teeth.
I've uploaded all my verification as required.
But still its not acceptable.
My licence, my billing address, my bank account. My card ID. And did I say, they ask for a full statement page of the bank account, stating full name address and bank account number, all with the bank logo. Told to supply all four corners of the statement page in a pdf including proof of deposit ! seriously, My details are already recorded! and there's a record of the deposit. Why can I not withdraw ? my winnings.
But their happy to take my money. But not happy to let the winner withdraw it. I spoke with a team member of the casino called Ashley. She was rude
