Very disappointed with my experience here. I did CoolSculpting and saw no noticeable results, and my Botox also did not turn out well. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the customer service was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money in my experience.

First time getting Botox here and loved it ! Staff talks you through what you would like to get done explains everything in detail. Doesn’t push you to get anything you don’t want ! Can’t wait to come back!

Was my first time at this clinic and first time getting treatment so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff were so helpful and kind, explained everything to me. The facility was also very clean. I highly recommend this location.

PRP treatment was great,
however the medical consultant who was at 7:00pm today are very rude, even I heard she talked about other client badly to receptionist when I am waiting at the reception. Her voice had a very aggressive tone, so which gave me a very negative impression of the company.

They are friendly knowledgeable, professional, and they care about their clientele. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this place. 👌 👌👌.

Excellent clinic with excellent prices. Honestly every procedure is a 10 star been going for more than 20 yrs and I would never go anywhere else. Seriously you go in ugly and come out beautiful.

I was about to receive my Botox on Monday. I paid in total before I went in. Everything was ready but the nurse practitioner wouldn’t sign off on it as I have an underlying cancer. I asked for my money back. They said I have to go through patient care. I sent an email and haven’t heard a word. This is not a good sign and I don’t think a business should be run in this manner. I’ll let you know if anything happens ina day or two. M

First time experience getting botox and lip filler. Happy with the experience. My injector answered all my questions and made the experience good.

Recently visited this location for my first Botox injections and all I can say is what a pleasant experience- very clean very thorough and all the staff were very welcoming and polite. Highly recommended.

I really love Skin Vitality, especially the Milton location. I had Botox done on February 25 and thought I needed a touch-up because I noticed some movement around my eyes and forehead. Anna, the nurse, was incredibly honest—she assessed everything and told me the movement was minimal and that it would be best to wait. She took the time to explain why, which really put me at ease.

I never felt pressured, even though I was ready to spend more money. Her honesty made a big difference, and I left feeling very comfortable and confident. I would definitely recommend this location.
