For first time ever

For first time ever: I was treated so horribly for no reason I have been a good client, giving great reviews Yet made me/forced me to use this other paying site and even though it gave choices of how to pay: this specific person STILL ATTEMPTED TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY CC NOT A DEBIT NOT BANK MY CC THAT I CHOSE TO PAY BY CC ONLY YET TRIED TO REMIVE MONEY FROM MY CC ACC 10 times!!!! I have never had this trouble!!! They had another site they use when you go to pay on their website Yet this person MADE ME USE THIS OTHER SITE THAT WAS HORRIBLE DO NOT USE IT IT ONLY TAKES CASH IT GIVES CHOICES BUT ITS A LIE!!!! Called REMITLY I SAID WHY CANT I USE THIS NEW COMPANY IT SAYS TO USE WHEN YOU GO TO PAY FOR PRODUCTS? No answer!! Kept giving me run around!!!! Then at end after I was done dealing with this and needed product so I used the other company But then last email said Hey why don’t you use the NYVAYPAY THE ONE I ASKED ABOUT BUT NO REPLY JUST TELLING ME NOW TO USE THE OTHER PAYMENT COMP THEY ALWAYS USED THAT I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH I WAS VERY UPSET VERY ANGRY HURT ETC I will order a few items to see how I am treated; if ok, maybe I will slowly use them again but I get all my fillers with another company that sells Juvaderm and all major brands But I was trying other fillers due to prices here and I have used other filers Botox boosters fat dissolvers micro needles etc etc mixing tubes and work just as well !!!! I did put in my first review of another company I used: EXCELLENT!!!!! So will buy few items like mixing needles etc and see what happens as way I was treated and suspicious issue with using this payment for that one person instead of one use on their site, I don’t know We wil see

They should use better shipping system

They should use better shipping system, my cooler chains stuff are still in shipping now for near 10 days , without any ETA. When you are shipping medical stuff, you should have air and fast shipping. It's not acceptable at all!! And it's 90 degrees outside , so there's no way You can get your items in an healthy and effective status.
