Super fast delivery.
Great experience all around. From the vast items available compared to the shipping speed. I don't know which one is better. I've delivered from hair as well as a US vendor and somehow the skin-reboot product showed up first. I will forever be a customer of skin-reboot.

Extremely disappointing experience abusive practices
Extremely disappointing experience. I was not clearly informed that additional fees such as customs duties and FedEx charges would be added after payment. After spending thousands with this company, I did not expect to be hit with unexpected charges months after receiving the products.
There was no clear transparency about the total extra costs, which feels misleading and unacceptable. Especially since I have never had to pay additional FedEx charges on any of my previous purchases. I do not have the budget to absorb unexpected fees after the fact.
This lack of clarity has completely damaged my trust. I will not be purchasing again, and I strongly advise others to confirm all potential additional charges before ordering—or stop doing business with this company due to these bad and abusive practices.

After reviewing the order, we would like to clarify that it was placed on November 26, 2025.
At that time, any import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs-related charges were the responsibility of the recipient.
Our import tariff coverage program was introduced later, on December 19, 2025, and therefore did not apply to this order.
We would also like to note that invoices for import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees may sometimes be issued by carriers such as FedEx weeks or even months after delivery.
Unfortunately, the timing of these invoices is determined by the carrier and customs authorities and is outside of our control.
We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we sincerely regret any confusion this may have caused.
When purchasing goods internationally, import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs-related charges may be applied by the destination country according to local regulations.
