Sketchfab is honestly disappointing the platform feels clunky, the search barely helps you find anything good, and half the models are either low quality or poorly optimized. The UI is frustrating, things load slowly, and it just doesn’t feel polished at all. On top of that, it isn’t even letting me create a new account, which just makes the whole experience even worse. I genuinely wish there was an option to rate it 0 stars, because 1 star feels way too generous for the experience it gives.

Cuando quiero descargar el modelo siempre me pide iniciar sesión, donde dice iniciar sesión con correo electronico, el problema es que dígito bien mi correo electrónico y tambien mi contraseña... los dígito correctamente... y siempre aparece "El correo electrónico y la contraseña son incorrectas" es un problema muy muy muy muy muy muy muy muy muy gravisimo y para colmo iniciar sesión con Google tampoco funciona. Aparece un aviso diciendo que solo se puede mediante Epic Games.
No se si es un programa de fiar...Debo decir que Sketchfab es el peor de todos con todo respeto... Esto no va a segur funcionando si no corrigen esos problemas fatales que tienen.

I cannot order the software, I want sketfab but instead of giving me a shopping cart it keeps asking me what games I play, then it says it's sending me a sign in number that never shows up and I end up back in the same place. Support-forget it, you have to have the six digits they don't send you to sign in

Upload error. See details on the model page but the only support you "might" get is after you sign up to Epic Games? What is that? Going elsewhere.

Had all my 3d models stolen from sketchfab site and now sold on Cult3d, reported it to both sites, Sketchfab offered to reset my password! 20 years work stolen in seconds

Every year, it is the same issue. As a business, I need an invoice, which is impossible. You end up being stuck in a Q&A loop on their website, and in the end, you need to wait two business days for help. Every year it's the same story. They don't seem to get their stuff right. I'm going to move on to an alternative. I'm done with Sketchfab.

I would like to buy a model. Forwarded to epic games, but IMPOSSIBLE to log in each time due to the foolish hchapta tool. No customerservice or contact possibilties whatsoever.

Support answers vray unfriendly. Since sketchfab belongs to EPIC it´s become more worse

i need the invoice for my premium subscription, but sketchfab support hasn't answered me for over a month. it's totally complicated to even get to the support page, you have to create a discord account just for that and then it's a waste of time because nobody answers anyway.

For the past 2 or so years, I have grown to love Sketchfab as a place to share my 3D creations. There just isn’t anything like it.

But, in recent months I have noticed something different about the platform. The constant NSFW content flooding my feed and search results, the constant store scammers and thieves, little support from the staff, the community is getting overun by users who abuse the platform.

Not to mention, there was this one user who would sell ripped game models and other stolen assets yet Sketchfab denied me to become a seller with my original models.

I might end up leaving as a result. I really hope things improve in the future. But I'm not holding my breath.

Uses AI to generate models from user uploaded data, covertly changing terms for AI embrace. Watch out for Sketchfab and other stock sites, when you upload to them you are fueling their ability to compete with you in the future using their AI to generate your models!!

Useful in some situations, It can be a very useful program sometimes if you need a 3d model

I have been using Sketchfab a lot in my portfolio this year and I must say, from their website to their customer service; I am very impressed on both the business side of things and what they're doing for this great industry.

One of the best websites for sharing 3D models and animations! 100% trustworthy!

everything is good only downside is that your models can be ripped easily and also support replay is too slow

Absolutely awful. Created a store account, couldn't log in, sent a help request, can't because I need to login first. Reset password ? Sure! Sent a request for reset. Check my email ? Ok! It's been 3 days. Don't use sketchfab

Two cases of random users that havent uploaded models or contributed to the community making indecent comments that i report and they do nothing.
The staff members dont choose the ones bringing money in. They go with the "clout" option. Youll find better useful places. I used to recommend them. But they use your models against you. Part of their agreement when you upload.

Sketchfab team put alot of effort into pushing out and keeping out Indigenous 3D Content Creators. I used to recommend it as a stable solution for my clients and tech workshop participants. I no longer can recommend Sketchfab as a solution because their are way too many incidents with Sketchfab staff making it impossible for Indigenous content creators to include their own respectful, family friendly content in the platform.

They put many assets as editorial use only, which basically you can't use them commercially or to promote your products, it has basically no practical use, it is just a way to take money from people who didn't expect to pay for nothing and didn't read the license. I have bought in other stores like Unity asset store and they never make you pay for nothing. That license should be removed as has not any practical use
