Good model, good service

I came to CGTrader through ArqReation and I was happy with the ease of acquiring high-quality models for my 3D prints. The site is clear, simple, and easy to use.

Good ítem. I changed the scale to a minor one, so I had to modify it in order to get a proper functioning, but with no mayor problem.

Great prices and variety

The website is easy to navigate and offer a lot of products. Additionally, contacting a Seller with any questions you may have is very simple.

The purchasing experience was quite fast, convenient, and competitive with discounted price.

I used to purchase models regularly, but recently the search results have become flooded with AI-generated designs that are low quality and uploaded dozens of times with only minor variations. It became impossible to find what I’m actually looking for. There should really be limits on mass uploads, as well as filters for AI-generated content (that actually work) :(

It has been enjoyable to know that customers appreciate my designs and are willing to part with a small amount of cash to have them for their own. I would like to be able to download my 3d printable files from CGTrader without having to buy them so that I can tweak them. Being able to download my privatly owned files would allow me a greater opportunity to upgrade the files to improve them, in the event that a customer suggests an improvement.

Great site with some great models that print really well one of my favorite places for downloading. Prices a are pretty good often with sales that make the pric eeven better lots of free ones too. Highly recommend you take a look.

I love their products, but customer service leaves a room for improvement. In my case I purchased a few items that claimed to be in a format that my apps can handle. After I tried to impart them all materials gone wrong or inexistent. I reached out to their customer service and creators directly. One of the creators honestly tried to help me and even offered a refund, while the other one went plain rude and stopped responding. The official customer support rep stated that since the original artwork was created with tolls different from what I use, the mismatch frequently happens and on that ground they cannot issue a refund. Furthermore, they stated they need the seller's approval to issue the refund. I understand a mismatch and reassigning textures manually, but when the model has a texture that is not there, I can't do much. Additionally, I thought that if the service states that a model exists in a certain formal, one would expect it will work. Essentially, I am to blame. Not happy.

I’m a novice who uses other people to do my printing so really needed basic files and downloading. Everything was done easy and the handoff to my technical guy was smooth. My printed item was really amazing! Will definitely use again.

Searching is terrible. I exclude ai generated mostly e but they still appear.
I search for spaceship and I get desk lamps in the results. I sort by newest and see models at the top that were created years ago.

MCH is good at what they do. True professionals: if there's any problem, the matter is handled promptly. The models are great when rendered.

very easy transaction item is exactly as described as it was a digital download it was avalable as soon as the transaction was confirmed the item is very good quality and there is no corruption or errors at all in all files

Honestly one of the most beautiful sites that have been tried is the order and ease of searching and everything in it is wonderful
