Part order received and no one has got back to me for over a week in reply to emails or phone calls!

Pretty poor on the whole and like others wish I had not been shown this outfit.
My gripes are the bike arrived and some of the packaging had taken a hit lucky the only thing broken was a plastic part used to protect the forks.
We put the bike together and he set of to find that when braking it make the worse squeal shrill from the one brake on it. This is embarrassing for my son and makes me think its poor materials being used. A decent company would have tested and sorted this before sending. My second gripe is I thought they had only sent one peg. I was expecting 2 as shown in the picture and at £17.95 however it was for one! I called and called and third time and an hour later got a nice lady on the phone who told me with a hint of sarcasm that this sport is expensive. She then gave me a credit which was duly wiped out but the postage cost to buy a second peg. So overall I feel I've bought a poorly designed and tested bike and been hoodwinked into a buying expensive accessories. Will not use again, shame as I like the Danes.

Last week I ordered some roller skates they were shipped almost immediately and arrived in the UK within 4 days! Roller skates were in perfect condition, will absolutely order from this company again

My bmx frame snapped nearly eight weeks ago. It is a very clear snap on the top tube and down tube. It is clear that it cannot be fixed as it is a very large gap. They have been “dealing with this” for half the time I was riding it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GO TO SOURCEBMX.

US BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I placed an order on April 30, it is now June 9, still haven't received my package. I gave more than enough time for the package to arrive and i still got nothing. SkatePro marked my package as "delivered" even though i never received it. Last update on my package says it was processed in Chicago on May 19. I sent an email to Skatepro on June 4th asking for a refund because its been way more than a month, but i got no response instead, they just marked my package as "delivered"! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of skates for myself and my daughter(5). Skates arrived within 5 days. We have now joined my older two children (13&7) on daily skating.

Very fast confirmation and delivery. Would definitely recommend.

J'ai acheté une trotinette a 212$ le 26 avril 2020, elle est arrivé le 5 juin 2020. Impossible de contacter personnes, il ferme les.lignes téléphoniques, après une heure d'utilisation, le pneu arrière est bousillé. Ordered protection pads last week and came just today. Received emails about the progress of my parcel during the week and can't complain. Only issue I encountered is wrong fitting of woman's protection pads for knees however, it's due to my overlook in sizing and kinda huge knees anyways so overall I'm happy with this company. Will order again from them :)
Edit: About a week ago ordered K2 inline skates, I was happy they had big sizes. Took about a week to receive them and they were in great condition. I deffo recommend buying from them when it comes to skates ;)

Service après-vente d'une inefficacité consternante. 7 mails de ma part, 6 appels téléphoniques et toujours pas de réponses à mon problème depuis le 28 avril. Il est vrai qu'ils sont très rapide pour la livraison (mais ça s'arrête là) et ils sont peut-être bon pour les skates (je ne peux pas juger ce point) mais pour les rollers A FUIR ABSOLUMENT, si vous avez un problème comme ce fut le cas pour ma fille.... A peine 2 jours d'utilisation et le frein du roller gauche ne tenait plus !!!! Et là c'est le vide intersidérale pour avoir une réponse et surtout quelqu'un de compétent !!!!! Je suis fatiguée d'y passer du temps sans avoir de réponse !!!!!

Update 5 juin_2020: avec l'aide de paypal, je viens d'être remboursé, ça se termine bien, mais que de temps de perdu, sans l'aide de Paypal pour leur demander des comptes, ça partait vraiment mal, vu qu'ils ne répondaient à aucun mail.

Allez sur leur page Facebook, vous allez comprendre, une longue file de gens arnaqués.
Leur technique, donner un faux numéro de traking avec lien mort pour faire genre je viens de vous envoyer quelque chose, mettre de fausse information sur leur site.
Ne répond pas au mail, téléphone, après 20 jours, aucune réaction, j'espère pour les malchanceux comme moi que votre paiement a été fait avec paypal.

People need to understand that because of quarantine, they along with ALL skate and recreation shops, are receiving an influx of orders. They are a local danish skateshop with a couple employees. They aren't "scamming" be patient and don't be rude! They are probs trying to fulfill all the orders, refund each customer, and read and reply to every order. If your order has already been dispatched, the delay is because of Covid, which is not their fault. Don't be a Karen...understand where they're coming from. I wish my order got here in a week but that's just not the reality of the global situation right now. The reality is that it could take a couple months.
UPDATE: My package arrived in a little over a month. Sweden to California
And to the people saying they're fraudulent, keep in mind they are a small shop with a couple employees at best, even less during Covid. They need to do better on customer service but I'm sure they're struggling with the amount of business they're receiving

I come here to provide information for people who are thinking of buying at skatepro. Make a purchase but my unusual product was missing. I tried to contact the company by email but they don't respond. It is not a serious company, it does not respect customers. Do not buy in this store!

Very disappointed with this company, I ordered skates as they promised quick delivery in 2to 3 days, but nothing been dispatched, after email I have been promised dispatch next day, guess what nop, nothing dispatched, after wasting week and emails without any responseI phoned them just to hear item is out of stock and we need to cancel the order, what a nonsense, after wasting week!! / will never use again stay away people

Ordered roller skates online and received confirmation of order May 2, 2020. May 6, 2020 we get email saying they can't ship as it is sold out, offering 3 other skates in different colors and sizes than that of what we wanted, saying that even if it is more expensive we would still get for same as original price. email back same day with choice, then May 11, 2020 get another email saying those aren't available and now offering me more expensive skates $20 off price and when we mentioned the earlier email stating "same" they just said no. So, ok fine, we will get the more expensive skate. May 14, 2020 email saying the ones they offered are now sold out and how about this other set (that they will specially set aside) they should have in the FIRST place! May 18, 2020 get a new confirmation email (with 3 different skates noted on it) and a dispatch email with tracking # from DENMARK! (in Danish!!!! NOT English) I ORDERED FROM A CANADIAN SITE!!! hopefully we actually get the skates!!

June 3, 2020......the Danish site still hasn’t changed since the day it was “sent”. I sent an email May 25, 2020 asking about price and which skates we were actually getting and still have not gotten a response. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Bought spare springs for my surf skate. Stores normaly sell them in 4 pieses pack.
Advertised as on sale. When I got my parcel it contained one spring, in the end I actually paid more than double the ordinary price in other stores. When making the suport aware of this I got the answer this is the way they sell them and dont think they scam people when they advertise a product as on sale when it actually is sold at twize the normal price. To big to be decent!

To anyone who's feeling insecure because they had never heard of the SkatePro brand, fear not.

I ordered from Portugal on a Wednesday and it arrived the next Monday.

Their communication was very good and the skateboard arrived in perfect condition, the packaging was very carefully put together and the product is just as advertised. It's damn beautiful and I couldn't ask for a better first skateboard.

I am very happy with this brand and I'll order from them again for sure.

Désolé pour ceux qui ont été déçu pour ma part, j'ai commandé mes roller le vendredi midi au même prix que la concurrence mais les seuls à avoir ma pointure en stock seul bémol les concurrents n'avait pas de frais de port une fois les 120 euro dépasser cependant le prix n'était pas excessif 2 euro et quelques , reçu le samedi matin 9h00. Etat impeccable, juste pas les autocollant gratuit perso je suis adultes, je n'en ai pas besoin.
Juste rapide et efficace.
En plein Covid-19 moi je leur dit chapeau.
